Marquez no plan B , same shit every round . This totally reminds me of Shumenov fight , all balls but he is getting outclassed IMO .

Richie guy way too slick and skilled for this guy , never seen either of them before but from the 1st round it looked like Marquez was outclassed . Every time he has tried to make a move he was getting tagged in the face with some serious power punches . Guy should change his name to Mexican Beibut Shumenov :142smilie

Mexico isn't producing the great fighters in depth the way they once did. At one time a Mexican fighter with a long string of wins behind him was almost guaranteed to be a world champion ... not any more. 99-91 looked the right score. God's honest truth, I wrote "Fight's over" in my notebook after the first round. Where is live betting when you need it?

I didn't have a cent on this one , decided to stay up after some nasty stoppages on this card . Those records really misleading when there is not a lot of footage to look at , just like Hilario a week ago . I am glad there way no way to rob Richie M , well deserved victory .
Any take on Povetkin fight by the way ? Still split here between a stoppage in less than 6 rounds or maybe Atlas wants Povetkin to stay a little bit longer in the ring this time . I mean Sultan I. took Mora out with a tripple uppercut in less than 1 minute I believe .

Thanks for the updates tonight Brain. Looks like Tyson Marquez can get thrown on the train with Victor Oganov and Tyrone Brunson. How many times do we see these "huge punchers" with built up records get totally exposed when they fight a real guy? Looks like Top Rank got Peter's opponent right tonight, but they slipped up with Marquez. He was in over his head. Matchmaking is a tricky art.

Regarding the Povetkin bout, I saw Mora fight Jonathan Banks a few months back...I was in the arena live....on the Arreola-Vitali undercard

The fight sucked and Mora was embarrassing. He gassed after 1 round....seriously. I didn't see his weight for this fight, but I am sure Povetkin can get him out. It all depends on when he wants to do it.

Mora was hurt more than a few times by Banks, and Povetkin is much better and more relentless than Banks.

RESULTS FROM GERMANY:

5. Fight: A short, crisp uppercut with his left hand to the chin on Batchelder and already the battle is over. The second round was still running ...

PULEV TKO 2

5. Fight: After 45 seconds of the second round, the fight is over. Pulev therefore remains unbeaten

:00hour ...didn't take rocket science to pick a -1200 favorite but the big guy just got me back my -350 odds on Soto with a nice parlay! I was hoping he had knockout on his mind and not knockers. Thanks for the update :toast:

Pulev wins...good. :00hour
Knockers or not, he should have been a -12000 favorite against Fatchelder.

Anyone got a way to watch the Germany fights? If no, updates would be much much appreciated!

thanks guys.

end of rnd 1
and I gotta say
wow...hernandez looks great so far
like a different fighter
in very trim shape and confident
not sleepwalking and lazy like he was before
mixing up his shots and really beating the guy up
lets see if his chin holds up
he looks much improved so far
:scared

Found one as well :0corn
How has it been so far ? Is Crenz going to get stopped ?

I don't think so
Hernandez has settled in and is boxing nicely
he is much more confident that previous outings
relaxed and impressive
how many rounds is this?
he might get him late if its 12
