Just finished 5 weeks of working away from home.
I have no idea who has been winning fights this past month.
Anyway, here are my opinions this week-
Soto beats Diaz easy. Diaz tough but not much else.
I think if Castillo has ANYTHING left, he beats Gomez. You guys may remember, I was huge on Gomez to beat Gatti ITD. I just don't think Castillo is THAT shot yet.
I know Manny is a killer but I will be SHOCKED if he can crack the granite dome of Clottey.
This might just be a harder fight for Manny than the Cotto fight.

237 is an excellent weight for Peter. Top Rank has him serious (apparently) about one last run. Aguilera is a club fighter. Seen a bunch of his fights on gofightlive.tv. I don't think he has the power, the boxing ability, or the patience to beat Peter. If Peter loses to this guy, he needs to retire. Peter by KO.

Lujan kicked the piss and shit out of Castillo on ESPN. That was July 2008. He was shot then, and he is shot now. Gomez is gonna bang the former 140 pound champ to the body and get him out of there late. Let's see if the great old warrior can prove me wrong.

We had to sweat it out on that one. Smith cut badly very early in the fight. I thought he would surely lose on that bullshit UK rule where any cut (even headbutt) is a loss. Why is that anyway? I think it's time they change that one.

To me it seems like Richie is by far the better skilled guy to be honest and he is landing a lot clean , tho some rounds could go either way I guess but if they look at cleaner shots it would be Richie almost all the time . :scared :scared Marquez trying to be aggressive and his head is almost sent into the front row , dude has chin :scared
