I've finally joined the chambers express but at much less odds. Not a huge bet but I parlayed him w/hearns, soto, montiel and direll. I cant see any of those 4 losing. Odds are about +190

-I also have hearns -345...yorgey isnt in his class IMO.

-under on rag/weston +175!

-under on montiel +140 8 1/2...big gulf in class and his opponent has been down several times against mediocre opposition.

-castro +175 over diaz...Diaz is the solid welter here but castro has blown out a lot of opposition @135 and 140. I feel castro is very live.

Romi,

hard to find tape on Castro, but Antonio Diaz may not have much left.
and Castro's only loss was a DQ.

+175 - I will join you. I think, in Mexico, this doggy may bark.

haha! Bodog messed up and posted Konecny at +500. Luckily, I maxed it out before they took it off the board. Hopefully, they honor this one (they've honored bets made on their mistakes in the past).

Nice A2C!

I like Konecny at -800. So you know I like him at +500.

Bastards cancelled the wager. That's crap. They need to live with the consequences of their own incompetence. If you mistakenly place a wager, they don't give you a second chance.

peters nickname needs to be Nigerian Beefeater

instead of Nigerian Nightmare

just found out that instead of a stool between rounds, Peters corner will be using a coffee table and to give fans more bang for their buck, a Chambers-Peter hot dog eating contest immediately in the ring after the bout. Peter will once again quit after 8 to start the contest quicker.

Be careful with that stuff. I saw the wager myself and considered but held off. It was a bad line. People get booted from their sites for less than that. Trust me, they don't like it.

Thanks for the tip, Romi. I'd done it before on the Chris Edwards fight on the Wigan card on the night of Hatton-Mayweather, when Edwards had won hours before they took the line off. I guess you have to pick your spots where the behavior looks innocent enough (with the Edwards one, I could've said: "Hey, I didn't know it was over -- neither did you"). With this one, you're right that it definitely looks like I'm trying to take advantage. Still, in principle, they're taking advantage of the masses by charging them 10% on all those wagers and sending countless people into massive debt.

"the bunker"
soto/ a.davis is -110 under 10.5 at the greek....i admittedly can`t place davis...he`s lost to luevano/joan guzman/kobe gogoladze and was stopped in 2 early in his career at 135 vs edner cherry....

the rest of his resume is pretty weak...he`s only been stopped the one time, but none of his losses were to punchers...

i read that he`s a busy fighter so i`m guessing he won`t be running from soto....and we saw what busy lorenzo did with soto....but,we know that lorenzo is tough, awkward and had something to prove...

any thoughts?...not sure whether davis is as "tough" as indicated based on his opponents..not that many big punchers...and this is in mexico...

any info on davis?...

I've seen Antonio Davis several times G.W.
he is getting a bit long and the tooth now at 36.
I saw him fight Gogolazadeh, Guzman, and Luevano.
He was never in the Luevano fight or the Guzman fight, but he never stopped trying.

He is a bit of a survivor in there. However, I think Soto is a worse matchup for him (survival wise).

I think Soto might bang him out of there late...I think the line is about right. My guess is Soto does it in 8 or 9.

But I'm still pissed at Soto for not getting Lorenzo out of there last time.

Saldivia vs. Bahares
Tomorrow night in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

www.gofightlive.tv will carry this fight. Unfortunately, not live. I believe On Demand a few days later.

Betting wise, looks like a tough call.

lot of guys have trouble getting that gnat lorenzo out of there...if i had a young fighter i was bringing along, lorenzo is one of the last guys i`d fight....

he can make very good fighters look bad...of course,he looks bad,too....but he`s a spoiler...

Ragosina-Weston

Ragosina-Weston

Geez! Weston has apparently been on a "see-food" diet. Eats everything she sees as she went from 147-156-178 at 5'71/2". I think elephant ass Weston gets gassed facing the taller/stronger/more polished fighter. I think we'll see a towel flying through the air!

peter wins inside +464?.....

:mj03:

chambers may well outbox peter...given his weight(peter`s),that sounds like the most likely scenario....

but...i believe that short of a few knockdowns,it`s much less likely that peter decisions chambers....and if he knocks chambers down, that means he`s sniffing a stoppage...

this line is totally confusing to me......they`ve moved it to a point in which it`s almost silly not to throw a couple bucks away on it....maybe that`s the pointi...t makes you wonder if there isn`t some sort of shenanigans in the works...

all it takes is a wide, wild shot to the temple or behind the head...

chambers is a boxer, but he`s an old school boxer who stands in the pocket...

very strange to me...is peter so far gone that he can`t knock a guy out if he hits him with a good shot?.....

I got a crapload now on Chambers, so I am taking weasel's suggestion on the Peter ITD hedge
:toast:

I think Chambers is going to win an easy decision
My plays for today:

LARGE
Chambers
MEDIUM
Burns

SMALL
Chambers ITD (hedge with Peter ITD)
Burns ITD

Saldivia vs. Bahari....can't pick it....NO PLAY

Good luck fellas.
