Fck! Cloud-Johnson OFF for now because of Don King
What a bastard - pulling one of his old dirty tricks
He apparently handed Cloud a suitcase of cash and got a signature on a contract
Now King has other plans (he did this with Rahman years ago)
King single-handedly ruining one of boxing's best potential fights

That old fcking dirty bastard pulls one out of the hat again. Goddamn, this was going to be a GREAT fight. I really wish these old bastards would just walk away from the sport. King just leaves a stench everywhere he goes.

Another Mayweather charade!

Another Mayweather charade!

Shane and Floyd at opening presser in NYC

Mayweather gets in these goofy confrontations at his press conferences. He looks scared this time, he's beginning to understand that he's bitten off more than he can chew.

Mosley easily restraining Money here. I expect Mosley to be in jack diesel shape and he will be a nightmare for Floyd, a guy that only throws 40 punches a round against much lesser people. Can't wait for this one.

Recently saw Floyd "Monkey" Mayweather in place of "Money" and I think that simple addition of a k just makes a wonderful world of difference.

I hated every Cory Spinks entrance I ever saw, but I gotta say, Drake is tight. That's a pretty good song.

NOW WIN THE FIGHT DEVON !!!

It's disappointing that Cloud-Johnson is off. What better fight is Cloud going to get at this point?

But an even better LH match-up appears in its place. Dawson-Pascal looks like a great fight! I was wondering who they could get to even challenge Dawson...Pascal will do it.

What a HUGE disappointment that Cloud/Johnson fell through. Johnson FINALLY gets a break and along comes Don King and snares Cloud away. Hopefully it's a minor injury as was stated but you always have to wonder when King is involved. King will probably make Johnson sign his children away to get a shot at Cloud now.

Chad/Pascal is a damn good fight. Pascal with a champion size heart to finish 12 in his last go.

I've been considering the Alexander-Urango matchup. First thought was of course Alex by wide decision. That speed will kill and Urango will be following him around the whole night long. Urango can seem especially plodding too, and I'm not sure he makes adjustments to well in the ring. He would seem tailor-made for Alex.

But Urango is damn strong, and he has looked crisp at times. I fully expected Ngoudjo to outbox him, and Urango was way to strong for him...but Alex is not Ngoudjo. Urango also outfought Randall Bailey, and came back solid from a huge knockdown...but Alex is not Bailey either.

For Alexander's part, he is obviously highly skilled, but I'm not sure he has been tested yet. Witter did not offer much at all, and I remember being less than impressed against Chop Chop Corley. Alex is still very young. I think he will be surprised, and at times tested by Urango's strength.

I still think that Alex's speed and skill set will confuse Urango into a loss, but it could be that the strength difference will be glaring early on. Urango just seems a little too slow to catch up to Alexander...

Doubt if it will get posted

Doubt if it will get posted

Shout if you see a Rico Ramos line anywhere...its the opening bout on ESPN....

Weekend Preview: Alexander-Urango on HBO
http://www.ringtv.com/blog/1688/weekend_preview_alexanderurango_on_hbo/

I doubt if a line will get posted on this fight .. a bit strange as it is a TV fight and the Saul Alvarez mismatch off TV has a line posted. The Ramos fight is 8 rounds BTW, not 10, just in case any book reads this and decides to chuck in a late line ... The Dominguez-Valle fight should be a fun fight, loads of action, but again, no line. I'm never too concerned, though, TBH. Sometimes not having lines posted can be a money-saver for players (no under/over on Humberto Soto vs Jesus Chavez, for instance, saved players joining the cry club that week; I know a lot of guys were itching to unload on any "under" lines offered.)

Anyone factoring in the female fight between Juarez and Cardona should hold up. Boxrec is now listing a different opponent for Juarez. Does anyone have info. on this?

Also, some reports have R.Dominguez facing Carlos Urias, and not Ivan Valle?
