So, as usual, I am on the other side of popular opinion here.

I think Breidis Prescott is a legit guy and while Jargal is taking action I think he gets pummeled tonight

U7.5 +190 (double pop)
Breidis Prescott Inside Distance +140 (double pop)

jargal is one tough SOB

I thought this was a shoe-in after the first two rounds

A rather SLOW week for boxing. The only wager I found to be enticing is the over on Prescott. Prescott can bang a little but hasn't really shown incredible pop (Khan aside) to strike fear in the division. Honestly, Prescott has shown to be a bit ordinary. I THINK this goes rds tonight. 9 1/2 rds would have tempted me but 6 1/2 and 7 1/2 sold me. Hopefully I didn't fall in a trap. My only wager this wkend.

I indeed fell in a trap but the Mongolian's granite chin and toughness sprung me loose. I'll take the W.

Bert Cooper in against a big undefeated Cuban tomorrow night   . 19 years ago he nearly shocked the world and was a within an inch of knocking out Holy. Despite losing he thought he struck gold and said on HBO "no more ESPN fights for me". Hope he doesnt get hurt tomorrow.

Showtime replayed Vic-Mares/Perez-Agbeko last nite, probably not the first time. Attempting to juxtapose these guys may or may not yield anything useful, but it's worth a shot. Vic is there to hit. Perez took Agbeko's best shots. Now Perez had much difficulty hitting Agbeko as he had marvelous defense and head movement. I think he hits Vic more readily. I think Darchinyan probably hits just as hard, if not harder, than Agbeko, but I'm not positive of that. Also, we have the clash of heads you get when a southie fights an orthodox guy. Vic was wearing out towards the end of the fight with Mares. I think Perez can and will maintain constant pressure on Vic. Darchinyan has seen much better competition overall, though. But all those battles can take their toll. Small play UNDER/Perez is a play/parlay Perez-Morrone.

Your killing me! I obviously am finding this fight problematic. Way too many variables, but I do want some action, needless to say. I await your wealth of knowledge to grace our discourse!

Instead of wracking your brain over this frankie, juxtapose (just suppose) we call it a pic em and leave it at that. You really don't have to wager the fight.

I didn't know the meaning of the word so I did my best to put it in a sentence :142smilie

Amazing how punchy strolls in and cracks wise and then you tag right along and jump on his bandwagon. You guys should try and be a comedy team somewhere, but I would'nt quit my day jobs just yet. So how long you been on punchmaster's wood anyway?

Well well frankie...a bit thin skinned there or just a Freudian slip?

No worries, not going to quit my day job. You are all the entertainment this board needs. What more could we ask for than the endless, mindless drivel ridden posts you provide for us? Of all the things you have done on the board, I think my favorite was your Siegfried and Roy disappearing act. You think you could possibly entertain us with that one again?

BTW, did the following post actually have a fucking point somewhere?

:mj12:

"Yea, so Touch last fought 10/2009, lasted 4rds. and was KTFO. Lets see; that was say 18 months ago. Of course, moron(opps, I mean Marrone) isn't much of anything, so this one looks just plain ugly, BUT, perhaps Touch has some pressing bills to pay, and the gang that could'nt shoot straight, may just want an Italian(if he is such) to get some notice. I'll take the cracker."

I actually have a life outside this forum but I'll be happy to set my alarm to 6:00 am to be the 1st to read another awe inspiring volume of yours :mj07:

My response had nothing to do with punch and nothing to do with you so can it dude. If frankie (or you) wants to come unglued over that...then tough shit. Doesn't anybody know a smart ass when they see one

Hi Weasy, I think your wonderful also, hey since Franky Baby has me on ignore please let him know that I'm dying for the follow up to this classic line

"I think Darchinyan probably hits just as hard, if not harder, than Agbeko, but I'm not positive of that. "

Would you please let me know when Frank does become positive of this or any other statement so I know which way to wager. Thank you.

Maybe the ignore feature is the way to go because trying to decode or make any sense of that endless pointless babble was just excruciating. You may now proceed Weasy to your role as forum chick mediator and handjobber to all who aren't feeling good about their wagers.
