Some pretty cool photos at fightnews on the arrival of the combatants. The most striking is Maidana/Morales. Erik M. looks like Miadana's father! Paulie M. looks like a goof ball as usual. Katsidis looks scary; like a freakin caveman! Oh well, check it out yourself.

Golden Boy Finally Streaming an Undercard

Golden Boy Finally Streaming an Undercard

Before the highly-anticipated "Action Heroes" televised fights kick off on HBO Pay-Per-View? on Saturday, April 9, fight fans can get ready for one of the biggest cards of the year with three preliminary bouts featuring Danny Garcia, Nate Campbell, Gary Russell Jr. and Rakhim Chakhiev, that will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. The broadcast will be available free of charge and shown by several satellite and cable providers, as well as online, beginning at 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT. The broadcast will be available online at www.goldenboypromotions.com, RingTV.com, Yahoo! Sports and Foxsports.com.

The free preview main event, which will lead viewers right into the "Action Heroes" pay-per-view broadcast, will see Philadelphia welterweight Danny "Swift" Garcia (20-0, 14 KO's) square off against former World Champion Nate "The Galaxxy Warrior" Campbell in a 10 round junior welterweight fight.

I have very little faith in Golden Boy pulling this free stream off without a hitch. They were supposed to stream the workouts yesterday - it was a dead screen for two hours.

We shall see.

Haven't seen a hint of a line for this bout and this is for WBC featherweight title. With the fight Friday in Japan, lines would be pulled Thur night here in states. Hope there's a boxing oddsmaker out there who makes this happen.

I never anticipated a line on the Japanese fights, Punchmaster. As you mentioned on another thread, lines get released (maybe) around 5 p.m. Thursday night Pacific Time but the show in Japan is due to start, I believe, at around 2 a.m. on Friday PT. The betting window is surely too small?

They been are up last hour. When you guys treat people respectfully and kick the conspiracy stuff to the curb, sometimes you get rewarded.

Now go get ur shineboxes and tin cans and get some of that 3 Japan money... :SIB

Good luck.

Arigato Senior Joey You tell us to treat people respectfully and then suggest we get our shineboxes, ala Goodfellas :mj07: :mj07:

This is too major and exciting a fight not to have some lines. Notice your trying to get us to take some Jhonny Bait....

just poking fun at the thin skinned like me. Guys that know me see right thru the ball bustin. its all in good fun. I like to rattle cages till posters tap out via laughing at how ridiculously serious we all react to nonsense.

I had all intentions of putting up the japan card but of course was worried after the new quake news this morning.

I like Hozumi.

Small play on the under 7.5 @ plus odds on the Nishioka fight as well. Argentinean completely overmatched.

I also think Hasegawa will win.

I'm really looking forward to this fight.

I'm sure that the main event will be shown, as well as the Aoh bout.

They will probably show highlights of Nishioka.

Have some small change on Jhonny and a little bit on the under. I'll be happy if the under hits regardless who wins. Jhonny has won and lost me a few bucks in the past. Looked well on his way to wins v Pen and Nishioka then he got drilled. Could happen again tonight. I think somebody goes to sleep. Good luck gents and thanks to Oddessa for accomodating :0074
