I don't have a real strong opinion on the Adamek bout, but here is my two cents.

I saw McBride in that Prizefighter tourney a few months back. He probably deserved the decision against Skelton, but the fight was dreadful. Painful to watch.

McBride is honestly a pathetic fighter. He exhausts after only a few minutes. But he's big as jabba the hut - it will be tough for the Pole to bully a guy that size around the ring.

I won't be playing a prop in this fight.

I got bit pretty hard by Adamek against Grant. Had the ITD and was screaming at the TV for 12 rounds. He made it up to me against Maddalone.

Me and Tomas are on even terms now, and I'm going to keep it that way for now.

Best of luck.

Yup, McBride does tire quickly. 285 is a lot to carry around. That's pretty much why I'm playing the under here. I think McBride would have a tough time shadow boxing for 7.5 rounds.

Go big or go home.....

Rubio +950
Rubio Inside Distance +1500

I've always had a bit of a Rubio fetish and I think Lemiuex is in for a gun fight tonight

Adamek-Mc Bride round prop

Adamek-Mc Bride round prop

Thanks for the thoughts on this. I too think McBride is an accident waiting to happen. If he leans all over Adamek it could get ugly and sloppy. Paulie (I know people/you know who I'm with) Malignaggi from Bensonhurst is a freakin clown sometimes. He is articulate in conversation but a ham non-the-less. I still think he takes little Cotto no problem.

any opinions on the Marcus Johnson vs Dyah Davis fight?

Johnson rightly the favorite, but has been in relatively soft. His best opponent, Edwards, just got ko'd in 3 tonight. Johnson went 10 solid rounds with him. Davis got soundly outpointed by A.Pryor Jr., which looks better to me after Pryor's tough go against E.Rodriguez. Last time out for Davis, draw with Sierra was really a win.

I'd say Johnson, but odds are out of whack. Over looks right to, but again, odds are too wide.

Steiglitz-Gevor prop

Steiglitz-Gevor prop

I took UNDER 11.5+125 because Gevor says Steiglitz has the ref, judges, ring card chippies and whomever else he can in his pocket and he MUST win by KO. It's his only shot. Really, he said this, more or less. So my superior intellect says he will get caught. Gevor also has a 3 inch height handicap. A small flyer, as Mr. weasel would say.

I'm pullin' for you Buck!

Just end before 7.5 and I'm pleased. Don't care about Lemieux. What round is it?

sorry i edited my post dont wanna spoil it 4 people who watch later

No worries there friend. Well known it's on tape delay and anyone that wants to keep the result a secret shouldn't go poking around on a boxing forum prior.

Fightnews posted result already.
Once again another big potential loss dodged. Lemieux was too big of the favorite to bet for step up fight.
If he was -700 I think I would bet on him. Wow, second week in the row big losses dodged. Thank god!
Congrats obviously to Buck for incredible Rubio pick.

Rubio fought that exact fight I was hoping.....took Lemieux's punches for 4 rounds, waiting for him to tire, and took advantage.

Davis/Johnson will NOT go distance +225 (small)
