Well, no lines on the big S.African card. Bit of a bummer there, as all four bouts were competitive and line worthy. Two world title fights as well.

For the record, I probably would've gone smallish on Fana, and if the odds were close, a little more on the Japanese guy - Takayama. The other bouts seems very even, but I do think that Ndlovu will get beat.

As for the Meehan-Quinn heavy match-up tomorrow in Australia, I think the odds are just about right. Meehan should be too skilled for Quinn. I think there is a small chance that Quinn could catch him though. He has apparently been training very hard in Florida, and Meehan is gettin' old...He's also been dummied before, and Quinn can punch. Quinn was also competitive against Liakovich. Likely result is of course Meehan but I'm thinking of dropping just a few bucks on Quinn at +550.

Quinn against Liakovich looked really good for first 3 rounds. Lot of movement and fast hands. He busted Liakovich nose and almost close his eye. He got tired quickly though and in the 6 rnd his hands were slow like it is 12 rnd. He said he is better prepared this time.
In euro books you can get Meehan @ about -500 and I will probably put an unit on him for action.

Meehan is 40, looked like shit against Chagaev, and came in 9 pounds heavier today.

I think he could lose to anyone, including this Quinn guy.

I think Liakovich is better than Meehan.

I expect one of these guys to get a KO within 6 rounds, and I won't be surprised if it's the visiting Nicaraguan with his hand raised.

Odds have been out on Zaveck/Jackie for several weeks. I kind of feel-300 was/is a bargain. I thought Zaveck deserved the nod in the 1st go although the rds were indeed competitive. I just feel that Zaveck did the better work. With this one being in Slovenia and Zaveck in excellent form as of late, I feel he'll take a dec or even a possible late stoppage. Somebody likes Jackie because everytime the line moves close to +300 on him, it get's hit and the line on Zaveck moves closer to -300. I have quite a few bucks on this one.

As far as Meehan/Quinn goes, at 1st glance I liked Meehan but now I wouldn't touch it especially with him comiing in 9 lbs over his previous.

I have a lot on Zaveck but its not a sure thing Ghost IMO.
Zaveck was technically better fighter than Martinez but he got hit a lot. He was passive in a long stretches allowing Martinez to unload with like 15 punches relaying on his defense. 2 or 3 times it looked like this game will cost him and he was little hurt at the end of this flurries. Good thing for him Martinez was not a big puncher and good thing Jackievitz is not as well.
That and the venue and Zaveck showing his toughness made me think those odds are worth a shot.

I agree and I think it is a good thing the Pole is a weak puncher. I think the two toughest guys to beat at home are:

Aydin in Turkey
and
Zaveck in Slovenia

I believe he is Slovenia's first ever boxing champion
He is revered there

Meehan won 12 rnd decision.
This is from another forum. It seems that he won every round and that Quinn is an idiot who didn't fight with urgency, was dancing with a dancing girls between round etc. Kali looked good apparently.

is this fight completely off!
or is it rescheduled?

No word on rescheduling yet. Only that Rhodes pulled out with a back injury.

Ghost when you're right you're right. I swear these promoters advertise these big cards to boost ticket sales, knowing that they will not have to pay all of these guys come fight night.
