3rd round results 1-0
Parny/monty win by 2
72 holes bout the same with exception of Duvals move on Love and got scalp on that.

Paraly bit the dust.
Note if you happen to bet Lickliter over individually Camelot has incorrectly graded it as loss.

HHM Woods turned out poor choice. He was last I added as I like 4 in parays.Reason was he generally plays better on weekends, was playing with neighbor Omeara and players have been shooting 68 and under in abundance as again today achieved by almost 15% of field. After seeing players including him hack it around in par didn't think he need be too sharp to bust that score.Wrong

Highlight of day was Parny twins LOL They even had Monty cracking a smile.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Getting more impressed with Camelot and Mark everyday.Error was corrected on grading in nine minutes from time I sent email with this return in my email box.Wayne,

Just checked with Mark. He said you are RIGHT (caps were his orders) and he is sorry and will fix it right away.

I'm not gonna, but I should just stop playing 1st, 2nd and 4th round matchups/props and stick to 3rd rounders. For about the fifth week in a row its all I seem to be doing well at. Hit three 5 "play" parlays at three different outs, all at approx. 25-1 as part of a 35 unit day. At two of the outs they were the only parlays I played. I should just sit out tomorrow, but maybe I'll cherry pick off DOGS instead! Those two look good to me!

Wouldn't mind seeing Duval break his "major" cherry, but I'd benefit MUCH more "bankroll-wise" by a Parny or Price victory. Should be a fun one to watch!

Golf Gurus:

Looking for opinions on these two (both at Carib):

Duval UND 70(+100)?
...Sharp round on Saturday. Is golf too unpredictable to call for his momentum to carry on?

Playoff? Yes(-165)
...As tight as this field is bunched, somebody's going to have to put up a real low 4th round score to avoid the playoff. Maybe a -5 or so.

Thoughts? Thanks. And win or lose, great job passing along the info and making picks. GL.

Anyone know if they got any rain last night.
If not may look for a match to oppose Fulke. Can't see him keeping those hooks in play on hard fairways.
Chuck May play Duval under myself as a hedge.
He and Monty bout the only 2 I don't have covered.

adding @ $plays
Garcia -115 over Cejka
Goosen +110 over Garcia

Kind of a combination bet.To lose both Cejka would have to beat both Goosen and Garcia and thats a pretty big task.

72 holes
Love/Duval win & loss on scalp

Roberts/Jiminez loss by 2

matches for week 8-10-1 ytd 213-190
outrights none ytd -2.25
3ball/parlays -.5 ytd -3.9

2nd week of losing almost all 72 holes after the cut?Don't know how to combat that.Managed some nice odds wins(+165,+122,+108,+105)despite falling short on w/l stat.Bad take on Allenby and Jiminez was costly.Duval comes off list never to win major.Would have liked to seen Parny finish at -6 as he would have paid full odds @ Oly.
Will be lucky if I don't owe Sportingbet more money with place finish of Clark.

Final update: 9-9-0 and -1.99 units

Strange week. The cut props finish 9-2, but everything else loses! The weather conditions were much better than forecast and 28 players finished under par to scupper the par prop, while the two remaining matchups lost. Sutherland secured a top-10 finish but still finished two behind Fasth, while Scott lost to Rose by three.

Update on outright plays: 0-3 and -3.00 units

Damn that 18th hole! Parnevik bogeyed it to finish one shot out of a place win and Singh double-bogeyed to finish out a place win

Love was further back in 21st position. A losing week in a major. Tend to be more losing weeks in majors than any other. Just as well it's only one tournament of five this week and they're doing much better

European Tour ytd
Matchups/props: 93-95; +1.11 units
Outright plays: 9-35; +25.39 units

Well done Mr Duval - memories of the Road Hole bunker are now totally vanquished.

First time in a while I've got the outright winner at a Major (not being Tiger that is).
Also landed Clarke as a placegetter.

Total for the long weekend: +13 units

Thanks everybody on this forum for their help throughout the entire season to date

Certainly was a tough week overall.

Very disappointing results in the matchups although I did consider myself unlucky on a few. Mediate looked to have Daly covered and withdraws during the second round. Monty led Els by 7 strokes at one stage and ends up losing on the last few holes. Sutherland finishes top 10 but loses to Fasth.

The outright selections did put up a fair showing especially Singh Love & Faxon who challenged. They were never really close enough to win though.

I was very pleased to see Duval win a major. It did seem only a matter of time before he finally broke through but they said that about Monty as well.
