Yeah really, whats the difference between giving up a 50-yard TD drive if you miss the fourth down or an 85-yard one after a punt.
They could have easily got a first down there by calling their best running play involving LaFevear....coach totally wimped out there.

I do believe CMU deserves a bowl bid, but why is this a MAC vs Big 10 matchup.....put a CUSA or WAC team in here vs the MAC Champ and we would have a competitive, entertaining game.
I like the Bowls, but this is another example of how they're not administered correctly and the fans get questionable matchups as a result.

That 3 and 1 play CMU just ran for a first down is exactly what they should have done on forth down instead of punting that last drive!
