I can't believe what I just saw. Purdue -2' in the 2h??? Wow, were they watching the same game as me? I expected nothing less than double digits. The only way Purdue doesn't cover that is if they try to run clock the entire 2h. And even they could still probably cover.

I sure wish I could do halftime bets! I would load up on Purdue! I have a local that doesnt do halftimes.

Yeah, that's a weird line for sure. Maybe Vegas knows something I don't, but after watching that first half Purdue should win this game by close to 40.

Any chance Tiller tries to get his kids in early in the 2nd half, to get some experience moving forward? I think that might be built in to a -2 number - and maybe they are going a tad off the first game when things changed in the second half. Just talking...without seeing...ha.

Not too worried about it. If they wanted Central Michigan to cover they already blew it. Down 24 at half and they need to stay within 8? I think they could throw a flag on Purdue every single play in the 2h and I doubt CMU would even be able to score 16 points. :mj07:

That's possible. But you could tell me Purdue was playing their 2nd string the entire 2h and I would still probably lay the -2'. CMU smells like cheese that's been left out for 4 days.

This second half might be his job offer! If he can get these guys playing in the 2nd half with some halftime adjustments, it may be good for his chances. I just dont see it. THere is a major talent level differnce here.
