Liked Almagro and Berrer, but didnt play either. No faith in Berrer, but H-M makes too many UEs for me.

From what I understand, Clijsters' incentives were not necessarily that strong to win last match, they'll be stronger today. I think Clijsters will beat Stosur. Not sure about Woz and Zvona. If anything looks like an over match, but I really don't like playing overs.

you are correct, Clijsters was resting up to whip Stosur today and I suspect she handles Woz tomorrow. I think Melzer rolls but Youzny struggles vs Kukuskhin. Seems to be on one of those magic Golubev type runs out of nowhere towards a title. Don't trust Monfils to win in a big spot despite playing at home..Ljubic will frustrate him.

PRE-analysis: slightly worried about soderling, as ferrer is very tough, but soderling seems in form and should take him in the end. the rest not worried about really. simon needs money for his new baby; ivanovic simply outclasses krumm, and though the 'dick is playing well, federer is at home and better in every single aspect of the game, and will demonstrate it.

POST-analysis: should have been even more worried. ferrer exposed soderling's main flaw: if you keep the ball in play, he eventually hits it over the line. He has enough power blow most opponents off the court, but the top 20 can beat him if they're mentally strong and they just hang around. That's the definition of Ferrer, plus he was playing at home in an event he owns 10% of himself. Ferrer is one of those players only worth going against after very deep and careful consideration. Similar to Clijsters on the women's side. wasnt wrong to bet on soderling at the price, but definitely should have made a pseudo-hedge in some form, based around ferrer either winning or winning a set.
