Another winning day for Louie Diamond. I am not sure how to grade this because there was no line posted for Illinois at either Pinnacle or Scoresandodds.com. Therefore I am not going to count that game. If I am wrong on that, someone let me know and we can change it. Not counting Illinois, Louie was 8-6, making his record 56-32 for 9 days in this thread!!! Unreal! Way to go Louie!!!! Thanks again for posting!!:00hour

There has to be a point that I get paid guys.
Should we test out the donation theory?
1 reasonable fee for the rest of the plays?
or should I tell my kids that the education they are seeking isn't as important as helping some fellow anonymous internet gamblers?

Don't want to be a dick guys, really want to do the right thing here. Thoughts...

Louie...Do you have an ongoing pay service, if so are these the plays they received.

Short story...

In the late 70's I started up a service, advertised in the Chicago Sun-Times. Gave away 2 free weeks of college and pro football. Weekend #1 I go 4-2...weekend #2 I go 4-2 again. All for free.

140 people called me those 2 weekends. When it came to pay for weekend 3 ($50 a weekend, if I don't win the next week-end is free)...How many people ponied up????

Hard to tell. His website has absolutely no tracking either.

I do rrc. Most do NOT receive them because they're scared of so many games and can't understand the concept of betting more games for smaller amounts. All they want to see are the BIG GAMES!

Quick story, I had a guy in town this week. He said just gimmie 1 winner that I can win 20-30 dimes on. I explained how strong CBB is but it requires making lots of bets. He said just gimmie your strongest. I said you need to play them all evenly, let's invest that 20-30 into playing the hoops at 1-2 dimes a game, by the time the system is complete you could be up 1-200K or really even a lot more as the system progressed.

He wasn't the slightest bit interested. So I said, lets get down on Ohio St 1stQ. We can probably get 10 dimes on it in Vegas but you would need to go to LVH and Cantor. ...Not interested.

He got Houston on Sat, followed by Bay over (2 weekly WINNING staples for me). ?Now it's my fault he lost this weekend, doesn't return calls, and really cost us both some huge coin.

Trampled. Every client is different. I offer personalized service and do my best to educate a player to ALL their options. 99% just want a few games a week because they don't know how to win playing a big board and are scared. If someone new contacted me on Sat and went 3-7 do you think he'll be around on Sunday?
In short, not everyone gets the same stuff, it really depends on what kind of player they want to be. If they're willing to to take them all, they get it.

I think it is imperative to have consistent, transparent and up to date records posted on a website.

The fact that you seem to have different plans for different clients certainly complicates things.

I would guess very very few people have played your picks from the beginning for various reasons...a lot of plays, no knowledge of how you have done in the past etc...

My suggestion...set a price and see who is willing to pay going forward. I don't see the donation method working.

Just my two cents.

I would agree. My opinion doesn't carry as much weight as others on this board, but while I have seen others suggest the donation method, I just don't see it working very well. I completely agree with rrc however that a transparent and timely record of results is imperative.

I understand you wanting to customize picks to the individual, but there is so much "baggage" around the tout industry that it makes this strategy problematic. It is too easy to lose the "trust factor" that way, and once it is gone, you would be screwed.

Just a couple of thoughts.....
