he got stopped by a true 135 pounder......hell,...a 130 pounder....

was he shot before this fight?.....or is this one of those times in which a guy steps in the ring and it`s just not there anymore?....

i know there were amnny backers but pretty much every sharp i know had oscar easy.....

now,remember...i didn`t see it....did it look legit?....

anybody think there may have been anything crazty going on here(i`m embarrassed to ask)...

Weasel it was embarassing. Oscar at times even looked like a girl curling up getting hit with a little guys punches. Got hit at will. Stop throwing the right about round three. If there ever was a match to tell u it is time to retire it was this one. The one thing i kept running thru my mind was do i want to bet on this dumb fuker and i got sucked in to. almost even bought out of it the last minute just in case he fought this type of fight. There is a reason he has had 30 different trainers.

Hope Manny doesn't stay up in weight and think Margarito will fight like that.

ploease stop this. i lose 1,000 less if its stoppecd before 9.5

Very tough day for you. Glad to see you hit the under. I was up 1800 on the wk going into the main event w/2700 on oscar to win 1500. I didn't get the fight due to my fcking cable company. My brother gave me updates via ph and was able to shoot off a bet on manny +120 after the 2nd rd. Got in on the under 11 1/2 after 4rd to get about 9 hundred back. I net something like 100 bucks on the week after losing 1700 tonight...what a fcking week. Was hoping to hit the big one but won't lose any sleep after basically pushing.

Sorry to see you lose so much Weepaul. Hope you got a few back on the live betting.

great performance by Pac.

I am lucky that the under and plus 3 points after three rounds,
Not as planned but i take it.

Hoya looked like shit though and i believe that Valero knocked his ass down.

And thanks to Franks comments of his friend I covered at last alittle with Pac inside.

I lost some but if Manny wins via dec i am down for the count.

Stupid move in the first place to be so heavy on one fight.
Paulie and weasel iam really sorry for you guys but you recover but it hurts to lose a big one especially a favorite.

And i have apologize to Freddie Roach because i believed he was a money bitch.

Wow money aside Hoya got what he deserved and than some.

This wasn't a contest; it was like a big kid torturing a smaller one, with sizes reversed.

Oscar was the definition of a shot fighter.

This was even Pac's most frigging easy fight EVER: he was completely unscathed. Even Diaz offered a bigger challenge.

Did Hoya even try ?

Who would have thought Pac would succeed where Mosley, Trinidad, Quartey, Vargas, Mayorga couldn't and stop oscar in 8.

8 frigging rds.

My winnings for the last 2 months are to the cleaners.

Still have 1/5 though.

Congrats to the pac backers ( like there's any here)

It must be revolution in the philipines right now.

No live betting for me Romi.

$10,000 down the shitter.

I have never been sooo wrong about a fight in my lifetime.

A guy who competes with Mayweather just a year ago, grows old overnight and go's down without a fight.

I had a feeling I was in trouble when I heard 147 instead of 157.
Oscar should have been trying to mug Pac, not match speed.

i just watched the last 2 rounds on delay....

now i get it....he threw basically nothing...he had nothing...he couldn`t get off...he got pushed around by a man half his size and threw nothing back....

nothing....

i had no idea....that after floyd and mayorga that dlh was a totally shot fighter...

no idea...

there are a whole bunch of fighters that would have wasted oscar tonight...

he`s shot...it`s over.....we`re looking at roy jones redux...only worse...

doeasn`t change the fact that i basically lost a year`s winnings and probably influenced other cappers....

i apologize profusely to anyone that followed my opinion...

but everybody i knew and trusted had basically the same opinion...

i wonder....i wonder if anyone in that camp knew...i wonder if beristain knew...if dundee knew...

and heres the nutkick.....apparently freddie roach knew...apparently all the bullshit had more than a grain of truth to it...

but i don`t believe that oscar was this far gone vs mayweather...he put up a fight and dealt with the speed...

i believe this happened recently...

the oscar i saw in the last 2 rounds was 60 years old in boxing years...

i feel like the guy that had an asshole transplant....and the asshole rejected him....

Had the same feeling Wee. Why would this fool come up only two pounds? For goodness sakes even Pac came up close to four. Another thing that bothered me is that i heard Atlas predict Manny would win because Oscar doesn't win big fight. I think Atlas was really saying this fuker delahoya is part retarded, but put it politely the way he said it.

i sympathize with you, friend.

this is one of those nights where you reconsider your competence, and your chosen path in life. maybe its not worth it. im in the -ve for the first time ever. hundreds of hours 'down the shitter' as weepaul said, and what did it amount to?

youre a good man and i hope you rebound. i already have wager on torres/holt, but i think that's it for a while. we made jokes about the squeegees, but i put myself in serious trouble tonight, and i lost. i always said a man has to 'take his shot' in life when hes confident in himself, well tongiht i was confident in myself, and i lost it all. i lost it bad.

i hope things turn around for you. i need a break.

before he got to the mic Merchant said he heard him say something about him doing this to himself. Meaning that what he did with his weight screwed him over. He wouldn't say that when he got to the mic but u can sure bet he will. I wonder if he is gonna blame this trainer too? That usually is his MO

So many times i've bet against Hoya and lost. For the one time i chose him he doesn't show up.

If i knew Hoya was going to be 147 on fight night i would never have bet.

Pac by ko was +800.

As Roach predicted so well: " Hoya will know how chavez felt.".
