Actually tame to some of the volleys thrown in the political forum. Do not understand why you would call a fellow madjacker vulgar names only because they have a different political affiliation or view from yourself. I guess you get so enraged you lose your civility.

this thread actually started out decent and there is a lot of good debate sprinkled in, but it has spiralled down hill pretty fast. anyone with anything meaningful to add is never going to bother chiming in after the last few pages of filth.

it is amazing how grown men act on the internet. it is actually embarrassing to the website and a prime example of why there has to be a fucking password on the political forum, so the average lurker doesn't have to read the filth.

this is why we can't have nice things.

I feel bad for Jack because some of the filth is spewed by his proclaimed "friends", which puts him in a tough spot. I am sure he would want to say knock if the fuck off you are fucking embarrassing to the website. :facepalm:

maybe everyone can knock it the fuck off and move this thread back towards being civil before it ends up in the political forum wasteland.

Didn't bother you when Trump bragged about specially assaulting women, didn't bat an eye when he mocked a handicapped man at a rally, or a women reporter being mocked as having blood coming from......somewhere.

Isn't it funny how suddenly now we all have a moral, ethical, and social conscience or at least pretend to? Well, not all of us apparently.



As you can see I feel horrible. I'll probably cry myself to sleep tonight now that I realize I've upset the social order.

I have no problem whatsoever being civil to those that are civil to me. You and I have had disagreements in the past and we aren't being ugly. It's a two way street.

I mean think about it. Just take a look at the last few pages and check how many unsolicited shots saint has taken at me that I either laughed at or basically ignored. Does he stop doing it when it isn't reciprocated? Nope, not all.

Chuck, I'm not interested in the back and forth that you and Cris are currently engaged in, but I just can't wrap my head around this part of your post. Essentially, you are saying no matter what the results are of the investigation, you will reject them. Hey Gary, not at all. I respect when investigations are conducted and results are derived in some form or fashion. It seems everything is investigated anymore to the point that they almost all go in one ear and out the other. Do we really think a 100% truthful answer will come out of how and what Russia did? Or will it be 90-95% and the rest is speculation, which keeps political forums around the globe busy? I don't get into politics like most in this thread, nor do I post in the political forum, which is why I posted awhile back that the election results, though interesting to say the least, will truly have no bearing in my everyday life, so I will just move forward like the rest of the Country. Two more years of work, then hopefully another 30 years to enjoy the fruits of my 38 labor years as a medical sales rep, the two vestings and pensions, along with investments and 401k. But for kids today just starting it will be an interesting next 30 years which I hope to be around for.

I don't even read the thread and the few times I posted in it I have always unsubscribed myself so that I don't get tapatalk notifications about it. The personal attacks have definitely gotten out of control so I am moving it now.

I highly doubt that I will respond to any objections to my decision and, once again, I will unsubscribe after I click the submit button.

He and I have a history and I can assure you, his is laced with racism, bigotry, and generally despicable shit. I'm far from perfect and absolutely say some pretty crass shit, but there still just words. Words don't make people die so I'm not too worried about it nor do I really think lowell does. He doesn't strike me as thin skinned, I think he'll be okay.
