if you say he has a weak arm then he's clearly got the strongest arm in the nfl!

;)

please.......guy has a cannon and is vastly superior to pryor.....nobody ever said he was a great qb; it was those two assenine statements; but he's limited with no wr right now

That simply isn't true. His wideouts are just as good as in Oakland. He throws a baseball hard and maybe a football hard as well, so did Bobby Douglass. I am not going to argue with you, but you keep zeroing in on the weak arm statement as well as the "Pryor is better" statement. At first, I meant the Pryor statement tongue in cheek but I will tell you what, show me any definitive proof that Kapernick is better this season. What do ya got brother? I am waiting? This season is all you can go by and I don't see Kap doing shit better than Pryor. Calling my assertions assinine doesn't make them incorrect. Calling my statements assinine and then saying, "but he's limited with no receivers now", is bullshit. My statements are proving out to be completely true, just like I said, the fucker can't throw a deep out to save his life. Even with the time running out and any chance of victory ticking away with the clock, it doesn't bother you that he chose to continue to throw over the middle with no timeouts? You know why?
He can't throw the deep out, that's why. I'm right, you're wrong, deal with it.

See you have to embolden it and increase the font size for a statement to make it seem more correct.

One more thing, he does not "clearly have the best arm in the NFL". Flacco has a cannon and so does Vick as well as Cutler and many more. How the fuck does he "clearly" have the best arm in the NFL? Now that is an assinine statement.

Hope this helps,
FDC

 You might be right.

There's still hope though - if Cutler lays an egg it will soften the FDC gloatfest.

I have a solid hour before I have to worry about it though.

Increasing gloat power in 4, 3, 2, 1......

Woohoo I love it when I am right!!!! Eat it bitches!!!!

Disclaimer-Above statement is a joke. I was trying to cheer Smurphy up

got it....when you say something it's right.

1) kaepernick has a cannon, and is easily in the top 5 in the nfl when it come to arm strength (i'll say #1 based on what I see) and i'll defer to most experts on tv who've said the same thing for a year now

2) right now his wr absolutely blow (he has one) and they're trying to play a tight end at wr.....to argue that is moronic.....but that fit's you well

3) you would be the ONLY gm who would take pryor over kaepernick........and I could care less what 3 games this year shows you (but if you must. keapernicks game 1 this year is better than pryor's career)

4) nobody EVER said anything about him being a top flight qb just you're two moronic statements (followed up by more moronic statements about his fanstasy fb draft slot, salary and point total last week).......

guy took a team to the super bowl after 7-8 starts
was witin 5 yards of bringing his team back from down 20+ in the super bowl

he must be doing something right

You said CLEARLY the strongest. You wouldn't be amending that statement now would you? Nah, because that would be "assinine" wouldn't it. You said, you eat it.

2) right now his wr absolutely blow (he has one) and they're trying to play a tight end at wr.....to argue that is moronic.....but that fit's you well -
You said he has "no receivers" to throw to. None. You wouldn't be amending that statement now would you, because that would be "assinine". What is moronic is saying that Boldin is a nobody. I said that his receivers are every bit as good as on Oakland. Funny how you start with the name calling and the moronic bullshit early. Sucks to be wrong, sucks worse to cover it up with name calling.

3) you would be the ONLY gm who would take pryor over kaepernick........and I could care less what 3 games this year shows you (but if you must. keapernicks game 1 this year is better than pryor's career) -
Give me the name and contact number of a SINGLE GM YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO ON THIS TOPIC. What is even crazier is that earlier in this thread you read me the riot act about using one game as a barometer on Kapernick and you turn right around and do the same thing. Talk about floundering for facts. How many games will it take you exactly? It only took you 7 or 8 to call Kap one of the top five in the NFL, how many suck ass games will it take to admit you overrated him? Which is the entire point of this thread by the way.

4) nobody EVER said anything about him being a top flight qb just you're two moronic statements (followed up by more moronic statements about his fanstasy fb draft slot, salary and point total last week).......
Yes, people did. This thread was borne out of a fantasy discussion that you weren't privy to. I contend the guy is overrated both professionally and in fantasy. So far, I am proving to be correct in every single statement I made except for calling him weak armed, which I was only doing to get under someone's skin in the first place, but since I wrote it, I will eat it. You should re-read some of your statements and maybe you wouldn't be so quick to call me moronic. The fact you are reduced to name calling in the first place only lends itself to me being closer to correct than you are comfortable with

He didn't win the fucking game and he has lost 3 of his last 4 games. If losing is what you are looking for than yes, he is doing something right. If you are looking for a quarterback that can read a defense and throw a deep out, look in Kansas City.

Enough with the moronic bullshit too. It's childish and unnecessary.

that last one was pretty funny and sums up your nfl analysis to a tee (in addition to the rest of your blah-blah-blah.....still propping up Terrell pryor, wow)

I love alex and know alex personally, think he's had a shitty hand dealt to him in his career and is a pretty good overall qb......but he's definitely in the bottom third when it comes to arm strength.

I know Kevin Kolb personally, used to fish with him from time to time.

HA!!!
I win again.

I'm kidding, but I do know Kolb but just as an acquaintance. I know his Dad better in truth.

Back to the other shit. Yeah dude, I like the way Pryor has handled himself so far. I don't know that he will fare any better than Kap in the long run as I don't think either of them will be starting in the league in five or six years.

Harbaugh is one of the best QB evaluators as he proved in college football and did as well as last year. He would have never parted with Alex Smith if he didn't think Kaepernick was ready to take over in the long term.

I can't believe a lot of you are evaluating Kaepernicks carreer after his last two games. Even Dan Marino and John Elway didn't fare as well as Kaepernick has in their first year. Two games do not make a career and Kap has proven to be a very capable NFL QB in his very short career.

Gore is slow and so is Boldin so they are not feared by Defenses and the niners don't have their top receivers available so yes that makes a huge difference and as much as I love Alex Smith i guarantee you that he would be getting killed back there with these offensive weapons.

It's easy to kick a horse when he is down but I guarantee you a the end of the year Kap's numbers and winning percentage will be much better than Pryor's.

I don't know man. You can't deny that Pryor has lit a spark in Oakland, as did Kap initially. However, I still think Kap is overrated, but I do agree with Harbaugh being a good judge of Qbs. I don't think the gap between the two is as great as you think though.

Well, here is what I think.....

Well, here is what I think.....

FDC nailed it, we saw just how good Kap and the team he toyed with (Green Bay) was today. Kap is a sub par quarterback that will eventually start showboating more and running around when playing good teams, and get knocked on his ass real good. Will the injury be as bad as RG3 or worse. Who knows? I watched a lot of that Skins game today and I can tell you one thing - he's not near as good as he was last year. The reason, I'm not 100% but I think he's scared. He'll be average in the future, just like Kap will be eventually too. I know all of the West Coast Fan Boys are going to disagree with me, but I don't care. One last note "How about 'dem Cowboys?"
