So if IPO is successful 15 million shares at a average price of $20 that's $300 million for 40% of RNF leaving RTK 60% worth $470 million $470 + $300 = $770 million divided by 224 million shares of RTK gives a value of over $3 per share

In what Athens News is calling "a surprise move", defence minister Panos Beglitis has proposed changing the chief of the Greek National Defence General Staff, the chief of the Greek Army General Staff, the chief of the Greek Air Force, and (in a clean sweep) the chief of the Greek Air Force.

EU Observer reported earlier today that Beglitis was rumoured to be planning to replace the existing chiefs with "his own people"."

RNF IPO can be attributed to imaginative investment bankers, who discovered an undervalued parent company, Rentek, and are using the RNF IPO to revalue Rentek?s assets.

The investment bankers are creating $775 million in new market value for parent RTK, whose pre-IPO net worth is $41 million. Also, there?s not much left at the table for RNF after the parent RTK rakes in the cash.

So the newly public operating partnership gets only $48 million from the IPO, the parent gets $226 million in cash and also gets $460 million in newly created limited partnership interests.
