Ok just have a few questions for thunder about the service,

1. Will u be posting possible halftime leans throughout the game so we have some clue what bets are coming up?

2. Will all of the sports be posted in the same spot or will there be different forums within the thunder service plays section of the site ie college football, nfl, mlb?

3. Any chance madjack members might get a peek behind the curtain for a day? Maybe like this Thursday for the start of the college season?

Would be nice to see how everything works before dropping that kind of cash.

Regardless of what the answers are I wish u guys the best of luck in the future :0008 :toast:

There's 16 sponsors on each page, with one occupying 2 spots as the featured book. 5 up top, 6 on the left side and 5 on the bottom. That seems pretty healthy. Doesn't matter what it was some time ago. What really matters is if they are getting people to join up. I'm guessing the value here is well over 6 digits. Maybe closer to 7.

Love jack and have had a good relationship with him for years. I won't speak for him but guarantee if someone offered him 100k for this site tomorrow he'd sell in a heartbeat.....the us climate for gambling has drastically changed since even 10 years ago....no disrespect but no way is this site worth well over 6 digits....there are a billion sites in cyberspace....valuations am someone offering to buy are 2 different things...if someone offered him 100k tomorrow and he declined I would have to talk some sense into him....

Trust me. There are people who would pay a lot more than $100K for this site. Guaranteed. And I'm not speaking ill of Jack one bit. It's his site and he can do what he pleases. As stated already, I think his hands were tied in all this. I read the note he posted after I wrote what I wrote. But you're off if you don't think this site is worth well over $100K. I have a friend who would buy it in a heartbeat at that price.

Introduce him to jack....I guarantee he'd love to meet him

It's cool if our opinions differ...

Best of luck

Jack has my email. I'm sure he can get a hold of me if he's interested. But there won't be an email sent with a $100K offer in it.

Good luck to you too....

Who gives a shit?

I set up a service about 13 years ago (had my own website and clients) and I don't think it's something I would do again. I did it for a little over a year and was able to get a lot of people from different places on the net. It did help me pay for some of my grad school. It wears you out though.

I'll tell you one thing - times are rosey on your good weeks and your clients get pissy on your bad weeks. Never again.

I wish them both the best of luck, I really do. I know Lanny will do well because his record for past years in the NFL speaks for itself. I'm not going to say anything about Thunder except I've noticed he's a real nice guy and it puzzles me why he would want to get into this again after doing it with Raymond and Roger in the past.

i'll chime in...

first off good luck to thunder and jack on this new endeavor. I have turned many on to this site in the last 13 years to follow people like thunder. bottom line is after the year is up he is + in every sport. that's amazing in it's own right. almost as hard is keeping up with the 10-40 bets per day from thunder.

i always thought that this site was founded on the principle of free info. anyone that came in here trying to sell a service or picks was immediately called out, banned, deleted and made to look like a fool. now a complete 180/about face what have you on that point. not only is it ok now, it's promoted. that is what i'm not OK with. if you want to go pay, fine but do it outside of this forum. i predict this wont end well for either this site or thunder. i dont wish that at all though, i wish jack and thunder the absolute best. i have learned almost everything i know about sports gambling from what has been shared on this site for the last 13/14 years.

second point is with social media nowadays excellent cappers are getting exposed(in the right way) all over the place now. i have found a handful of folks for different sports on twitter that are just as good, if not better, than thunder and others here. they post stats/trends/picks etc and all have made me a stack in the last two years. my daily traffic is down on this site 10fold. i used to visit 10x per day and i might do it once per day now.

lastly, just as any other pay service out there, thunder's picks will find their way on to the internet for free just like every other tout's in the free world. obviously the halftime plays will be very difficult to get, but anything posted before games kick will be available if you put just a little effort into finding them.

that is why it rubs some people the wrong way. the place used to just be a community and anyone with an agenda was chucked out because they were just trying to take advantage of members for their own benefit and get paid for their picks.

the information was good and the information was free. now, like you said its a complete 180. the site has changed drastically. i cant speak for others but i enjoyed the community aspect of how the site used to feel. now it just feels like we are customers.

the site has had some great cappers. a lot of them better than thunder, but you get a following and then you go pay. i dont respect that. i respect the guys (and girls) like hippo and corley and countless others who take the time to write up their opinion on a game and share their views instead of just posting a side with some juice and a % that nobody has a fucking clue about.

its jacks site he can do whatever he wants, but i am sure a lot of people didnt come here to be bait for touts.

best of luck anyhow, hope you guys make a fortune.

I agree and with 1/2 time plays following Thunder will be like working a 12 hour shift on Saturday and a 10 hour on Sunday

breaking news.

if you are reading this and gambling on sports, guess what, you're gonna lose. no doubt about it. so some guys will lose it to touts like thunder. others will lose it making their own picks. but if you fool yourself into thinking you are going to make any amount of money consistently betting sports you either have not done it long enough or you are completely delusional.
