So if I go 22-15 for the month. I win $1100, lose $825, pay $250 and I win a measly $25 bucks for winning 68% of my picks which is fucking really good.

Also, I am all for free enterprise and want Jack to make money, but I disagree with the precedent this does set. It almost feels like madjacks is used to land fishes for touts, which I know is not what this place is all about, but to be this attached to a tout, I guess Im in the hater corner, as BDB says.

I come here to get insight and opinions on games to weigh it against my own. Some people follow certain teams or leagues a lot more than others so it is good to get all the information you can in one place.

I'll never understand following blindly or paying for someones picks. To me, half the enjoyment is studying and handicapping the game and aside from winning a few bucks, a real sense of fulfillment is having your handicapping pan out how you expected and winning your wager.

I'd say they do it because they no longer need to make their own wagers. They are getting paid now regardless of winning or losing. They don't have to worry about finding the right line or the right game or anything anymore because they are paid upfront.

The risk is gone. Sure there is still the pressure to pick well enough to keep customers but you are not gambling your money anymore.

I can understand the logic and your concern, but also don?t think there should be much worry in my opinion. If someone has the inkling to ?go pay? they would have explored it by now. The cappers I?m guessing you are talking about could care less whether someone goes pay or not, it?s just part of their personality. Yup - a Service like this would be better suited for a hedge fund type model. You run other people's money through a massive betting pool.
