Record since start of 2009 37-25 +39.51 units

Opinions 3-4 +1.30(always .5 unit plays)

Fitch -105 3units

Really like Fitch a lot here so I'm going fairly big on it. I see no reason why he shouldn't win again. IMO these are two fighters that are going no where win or lose.

More than likely going to hit a parlay with Hendricks and Silva.

Maybe it's me but the Silva line seems pretty low. Sonnen is ok but I don't consider him great and I think it's going to take a great fighter to beat Anderson. If this was 3 rounds then I think Sonnen might have a better chance but the fact that Anderson gets 5 full to KO him or sub him makes me really like Anderson. Sonnen can and will get him to the ground but I'm not sure that's a very safe place for him to be. I think Anderson beats him on the ground just to prove a point. At this point I'm just trying to figure out how much to put on Anderson. We're talking about one of the top P4P fighters in the world fighting someone that is a good wrestler and that's it.

Wease, not to argue but the best win of those three was Kos. Hughes is past his prime and Parisyan is off his rocker. Kos took that fight on VERY short notice after Diego backed out and for some reason thought he could stand with Alves. I'm not saying Alves won't win because there's a reason he's -105 himself but I don't think those three fights are a good representation of what will happen vs Fitch.

im gonna pass on that fight. Forgot it was a three rounder. I think a three rounder favors Alves compared to a five rounder. To close to call. I wonder what kind of cardio Alves is bringing to this fight? Not sure i would want to be fighting tho with what ever he had done to his head.

i was also thinking that fitch didn`t exactly dominate pierce and thiago.....

but,that`s not his style(to dominate)........

some tough calls this weekend...

I thought his showing in some area's of the GSP fight showed mark improvements in his game. Fitch isn't as fast as GSP and GSP had a helluva time holding Alves down. Fitch does have that iron Jaw and the Cardio. Two things i will never ever ever bet against again. If u look at the two fighters and who got better since their last fight i would have to say Alves. Is it enuf? who knows. I pass or id go Fitch.

not being contrary, but, doesn`t dos anjos only have one way to win vs guida?...by submission...

he obviously couldn`t out-wrestle tyson griffin.....out-wrestling guida ain`t easy....many think guida came out on the wrong end of the griffin decision...while griffin clearly beat dos anjos(despite the knee compression)...i believe it was 30-27 across the board......

and dos anjos only has one tko.....

just askin`...

I'm a huge dos Anjos fan of course, but Guida worries me because of the lnp and obvious favoritism he'll get from the judges. I was at the Griffin fight, and those judges were morons. I think dos Anjos actually won that.

Dos Anjos has excellent underrated boxing, murderous leg kicks as mentioned, and of course the killer bjj. His cardio is always top-notch too, so even if he's been sick that doesn't worry me at all. When I was a decent runner, I could lay off a month and still run 6.5 minute miles.

I just hope this doesn't turn into a Guida lnp borefest. I can really see that happening and him getting away with it because Rogan and all the other zuffa fags love him so much. Think how many horribly boring fights Guida had before that matchup with Sanchez.

Anyway, don't let the cardio worry you. Be worried that the judges give it to Guida for laying there and not doing chit the whole fight. As huge a fan as I am of dos Anjos, I think this is a no-play, but I hope he khtfo!

Alves had an ankle injury 10 days before UFC 85, so bad he was worried the doctor was not going to let him fight. An excuse, yes, but a decent one if you ask me. Tough to do cardio on a swollen ankle that you don?t want to worsen. Before UFC 66 he was busted for diuretics as well. I saw him cutting weight a couple hours before UFC 100 and he was struggling no doubt.

I am starting to like pitbull more and more, I feel like there is no question who has improved more from the first fight to this one.
The layoff does worry me.

Fitch will win rather easily. I don't think it will be that close. 30-27 for Fitch or perhaps a KO in the third. I don't see where Alves is better then Fitch. As staated earlier, the odds on Fitch are sweeter then a naked Anna Torv is a bowl of sugar.:142hump:

Hockey avatar bet?

Caps are my fav squad, you would have to have a caps avatar of my choosing and I would take the leafs if that?s what you wanted to give me.
You could choose any hockey related picture and I would use it for say the opening week of the NHL season?

Ok.....sounds good. But just to prove I am a nice guy, we will go for two weeks. You'll thank me later.

Fitch won't lose to Alves.
