Congrats on your big night Bro!!!Weepaul.....good thing Forest saved ya...I felt a little bad betting Cote after I saw ya had a huge wager against him:scared
And mad mad props to Lytle......that is one tough dude:scared
Bucs...........you need to wake up and realize Pride wasn't very good.......Forest beats Rampage and Shogun and you don't even think he's top 5.........nice analysis :mj07:
And I am not sure what fight you were watching but ya better be damn sure Forest won that fight.......what fight were you watching?.......Forest won by unanamous decision yes, he did, and that was the correct decision. Are you going to tell me you thought Rampage won that fight:mj07:
Forest not top 5 in the division!!......Who does he have to beat for you to put him in top 5!!! Might be one of the dumbest comments I have read on here in a long time:mj07: How can anyone possibly say he isn't in the top 5:scared
I had the fight even going to the fifth with Forrest taking it because he was the more aggressive fighter......
I know one thing, there is NO F*CKING WAY Tibau weighed 156.
Chuck beats Evans in September and will have a match with Forrest later this year, just my opinion.
and Kegray.....have to disagree with ya...I thought Forest clearly won that fight, and you have to respect Forest big time, that dude can take a punch:scared He is #1 in the division and deserves to be #1.
Also, most MMA guys are good guys, so not sure why you were surprised by Rampage? Most guys would say the same thing. Also, Rampage shouldn't be upset with the decision, he knew he lost, simple as that. But yes you gotta love Rampage, great guy no question about it. Rampage was #1 in the division and Forest beat him, enough said.
Good job kick.
I gained so much MORE respect for Rampage after the fight because he NEVER said a word about the decision. Just said there is a 50% chance you got to get your ass beat. He looks the part of an MMA fighter but doesn't talk it. 100% CLASS GUY.
I understand the Forrest decision, but have always believed to be the champ you must beat the champ.
Round 1 was close and Rampage landed bigger blows including the final one to end the round.
Round 2 Griffing nice knee buckle kick and takedown with ring control for all 5 minutes. My issues was he really didn't do a whole lot with it punch wise so hard to give him 10-8 in my opinion.
Round 3 Very close as Griffin landed more but Rampage landed MUCH bigger busting him open.
Round 4 I guess noone saw this the same way I did. Rampage beat Griffin down for entire round.Only thing Griffin did was try for desperate submissions and got dropped on his head for it.
Round 5 Rampage just didn't do much. Griffin 10-9.
So I had Rampage winning 48-47 or a 47-47 draw if you give Forrest a 10-8 2nd.
And you know Griffin knew he was about to get SCREWED(In his mind) when he heard the scores. He would have cried a river about the score unlike Rampage.
MMA caters to the white, tatted up, skate boarders on steroids crowd - the typical nit wits that hang out at the local 7-11 and think they're bad.
White, and likable "aw shucks" Griffin is loved by the fans and will always get the benefit of the doubt. UFC would rather have Caucasian champs and if a guy like Forrest can grind it out, and not do much, for 25 minutes, he'll get the nod. Ridiculous.:SIB
The reason it attracts so many punkass nerds is because most sports enthusiasts/professional athletes will agree that MMA athletes are some of the most mentally and physically tough and dangerous people around. These ****ing goober "noobs" think that if they wear Affliction/Tapout clothing and follow the sport that it will give them some credibility as being tough. They project this image that they are MMA fighters themselves.
