I am going to add a prop bet on the Pulver fight, and also adding a parlay, so looks like this now:

Jens Pulver beat Urijah Faber $3.05 *1.5 Joe Rogans

Jens Pulver beat Urijah Faber $3.20 *1.5 Joe Rogans

Jens Pulver beat Urijah Faber $3.60 *1.5 Joe Rogans

Faber/Pulver goes distance $6.00 *half Joe Rogan

Parlay
-----------------
Rob McCullough
Chase Beebe

odds = $1.80 *3.5 Joe Rogans

And yes I know....there are only 3 people in North America that are on Pulver, but hey, guess I am on crack:mj07:

Odds on Pulver have made me laugh....I mean nobody is on Pulver, odds just keep going up up up:scared I can tell you one thing, the sportsbooks want Pulver to win, I think everybody and their dog bet on Faber:142smilie

Why nobody (except 3 people) thinks Pulver has a chance is beyond me:shrug:

maybe the books know Pulvers left hand is hurt and we don't:shrug:

I think Faber will win but I think the odds are way out of whack. Faber is as big of favorite as Penn was over Pulver. I like Faber but at 155 he would be good but not great. i think the extra 10 is big for Pulver and people can't foget that Pulver has very good wrestling skills.

I don't care who wins, I'm just ready for a war that goes back and forth and has me getting up from my chair because it's so good.

Pulver +262 2units
Curran -124 .5unit

Faber better have a good chin because I promise it will get tested at least once. I didn't want to make a play on this fight because I just wanted to sit back and enjoy it but these really are very good odds.

i gotta ask...what makes you guys believe that a 34 year old semi-washed up pulver has anything more than a remote puncher`s chance against a premiere, young athlete like faber?.....

i mean,if not for the ultimate fighter show, pulver`s career was over..

i`m playing devil`s advocate here...

Me too

Me too

I hope Pulver gets some good shots in b/c Urijah's chin hasnt been through a tough test.. He lost to that punch from Tyson Griffin, but im not really sold on Griffin's power from what ive seen of him in UFC.

Flirting w/ Faber's ground game is just a bad idea and Jens has hinted thats what he wants to do :nono: Im thinking thats just talk, though...

Hopin for a war... :yup

Scary b/c Urijah Faber's standup game looks like a mix of Keith Jardine and Lyoto Machida.. but on SPEED.. :mj08:

Im glad a lot of us r on Pulver... thats good mojo.

Well GW, I don't think Pulver is washed up, guess no way better to respond then that. And Faber has not fought anyone with the experiance Pulver has. Obviously everybody thinks Faber will walk through Pulver and I can see why. But I think the vet will teach the kid some tricks, and Pulver has some power, Faber better be able to take a punch, or he's done. Pulver ain't washed up, and at Featherweight Pulver is impressive, nothing more I can say.

"the bunker"
ruskie vs sapo:

Sapo started with a head kick that glanced. Alex closed in looked to strike, while Sapo, a counter puncher by nature, picked his strikes from the outside. Sapo got busy with his jab midway through the frame, following with low kicks. A big knee to the midsection found its target for Sapo. Luis poured it on with three hooks that landed. Sapo slipped throwing some leather and paid the price as Alex jumped to mount and blasted away with punches. Sapo was in trouble as time expired. Alex takes the round on the strength of the final minute, 10-9. The fight is called between rounds as a Sapo was unable to continue.

 sapo slipped throwing some leather...after dominating.....:SIB

makes me 1-1 so far...

+185 on "aldo",though...

lang dominates the first 2 rounds....knees mckenzie in the groin...after a rest, lang shoots on mckenzie and takes a knee to the head.......

finito for lang....

1-2....only losing a little due to the nearly 2-1 payout on aldo....

lousy luck with those 2 losses...payback for the kimbo gift last night,i guess...
