Going back to work Monday, been on vacation since last Tuesday on spring break with kids and wife, school is canceled next week at least. Wife is a teacher and she thinks school will be canceled until April 1, I think longer...My personal opinion is sports will not be back until June 1st at the earliest, nba, nhl and masters will be canceled 1st pitch MLB will be June 1

Wife is asst. teacher and she was really surprised that they closed for 5 weeks. She was wondering how they will grade the students for the 3rd quarter.

I haven't seen this much panic in my life. None of the previous recent outbreaks, Sars, Nile Virus, H1N1, Swine Flu, or Ebola, generated this much attention or panic.

On the course!
Do you know anyone who has it?

Do you know anyone who has had a fever recently?

Is this still the case??? It is for me.

Still no.

Thing is, it became worse here really fast. Even though the majority won't even get sick, they aren't helping others by spreading it.

My early belief on this was completely wrong. I based it on past bullshit we've seen on these "viruses". We have just under 3000 cases tonight, and it seems to be doubling every few days.

In another week, we could have 10,000+

Dead? 50 now. 200+ in a week? We will see.

On the Vegas board, this guy was worried about getting his trip cut short if the casinos close. I asked, "why not just skip it and reschedule?"

Here you go.

Because that is when my vacation time is, that is when my wife's vacation is, that is when her friends vacation time is, that is when my buddies vacation time is. Plus...well....why not risk it? If the casinos shut down i'll fly back home, if flights shut down i'll somehow drive back home. I'll be back when the smoke clears again, and 3 times the year after the smoke clears, and 3 times after the year after that, ect ect. Still doesn't drop me from worrying that casinos wont close down while I'm there lol, craps changing by the hour at this point.

Then, when this outbreak has grown exponentially over the next couple weeks, this brainiac can tell everyone, "See! It's a good thing I went when I did!"
