Woodson, I forgot to come in here an tell you what I was taking.

Tribulus Terestris-1 pill 3 times per day
(helps stimulate test production)

Nettle root-2 pills 2 times per day
(helps block test from being bound by SHBG)

Chrysin-1 pill 4 times per day
(natural AI-stops test from turning into estrogen)

I also take 1 L-Argnine per day. This help with blood flow.


You may have to watch how much of these you take. If I take too much I get a little on the aggressive side. It takes a few weeks for it to reall kick in but you'll notice things such as a sense of well being, alpha male feeling, better workouts, better recovery from workouts. This will also do wonders for you love life. You will not have any softys when you take these things. Everything is natural but you should only do it for 8 weeks and then take a 4 week break.

Try it out, you may not notice it at first but there will be small things that make you realize it's kicking in.

Sooooo, I went into get the free assessment done at the gym today as well as a free personal trainer.

Always had trouble working out my legs so emphasized the legs and core development.

The dude basically beat the shit out of me. I fell over when he was done. I couldn't walk down the stairs when I was finished and hitting the gas pedal was nearly impossible....

My body fat index is 23%, 6'4 and weighing in at 224.

After my workout, my trainer stated in 12 months time with the motivation I displayed today I could easily be at 10% body fat.

I never knew almost fainting and a grown man near tears registered as highly motivated...

guess we will see...

He alluded to 12 months needed which I thought was over the top. When my trial sessions ran out he immediately tried to stick me with a year contract that was 6 pages thick.

A contract to work out? WTF? And it just so happens it was for 12 months... Exactly how he wrote out my plan even when I stated 6 months would be doable...

I just laughed and said thanks but when you pull a contract out at the VERY LAST SECOND, you're either embarassed or talking to a fool... I told him he must be embarrassed.

I found a guy on Craigslist for 1/2 the price and twice the sessions as the trendy gym...

I start boxing and chasing chickens tomorrow... :scared

Vinnie, ATL was just voted #1 for Gays and Lesbians over all other cities.... Most open city w/ 29 bars etc...

Weighed in at 223. I've stuck to the diet and it has been tough. I'm leaving the gym with complete muscle fatigue and have been sore in different areas for a solid two weeks.

Muscles tearing and rebuilding so I'm doing something right...

I started yesterday.

I'm on the 1500 calories a day plan except for Saturday when I will have 2000 because of a 12 pack of light beer.

Just a little 2 mile walk a day with a little lifting and stair climbing.

I weighed in Saturday at 255 but I'm sure a lot of water weight so the first 10 pounds will come right off. I weighed 252 this morning.

Goal is 215 by New Years.

a 12 pack has 1200 calories. I will cut food consumption ;)

1500 calories is plenty.

example of a days food

300 calories 9am - fruit smoothie with strawberries, grapes, blueberries, whatever.
300 calories at noon - campbells chicken noodle soup 175 calories and a salad using no fat low cal italian dressing 125 calories. (really closer to 80 but rounding off to 300 for the meal.) It's a huge salad too.
600 calories at 4pm - chicken breast around 300 cals another salad for 100 cals and a couple veggies.
100 calories at 6om with some yogurt.
200 calories around 8pm with fruit usually pineapple.

that's plenty of food.

plenty of things to mix and match to fit in 1500 calories a day.
