a 12 pack has 1200 calories. I will cut food consumption ;)

1500 calories is plenty.

example of a days food

300 calories 9am - fruit smoothie with strawberries, grapes, blueberries, whatever.
300 calories at noon - campbells chicken noodle soup 175 calories and a salad using no fat low cal italian dressing 125 calories. (really closer to 80 but rounding off to 300 for the meal.) It's a huge salad too.
600 calories at 4pm - chicken breast around 300 cals another salad for 100 cals and a couple veggies.
100 calories at 6om with some yogurt.
200 calories around 8pm with fruit usually pineapple.

that's plenty of food.

plenty of things to mix and match to fit in 1500 calories a day.

That's what I did to get here. Eating the wrong stuff. Plus, quitting smoking does crazy shit to your body. WTF? :shrug:

I always heard you would gain after quitting but I didn't believe it. I believe it now. :facepalm:

No more than 1500 calories a day except Saturday when I will consume no more than 2000 because I will be drinking a 12 pack of light beer.

Weekly calories

Monday - 975
Tuesday - 1425
Wednesday - 1450
Thursday - 1350
Friday - 1300
Saturday - 2000
Sunday - 1130

Very light excercise :shrug:

Starting weight: 255
Today's weigh-in: 245

Nice start but I'm sure I just removed the water weight. It will slow done now but the goal of 215 by the end of the year is looking better and easier.

HOWEVER, 220 is a weight I am completely comfortable with and may stop there but we will see what happens.

The main thing of fast food and drinking more than 2 times a week is gone forever to keep that weight in check once it's lost.

I gained this weight eating shit fast food, snacking all the time, eating ice cream like it was going out of style, chips with dip, big macs, meatball subs, pizza, milk shakes, cake, cookies, you name it. All that shit is OUT.

You guys, just be lucky we didn't bet.

disclaimer: I will indulge in alcohol at the golf outing but will keep the food in check. Try to keep the calories around 2000 a day during that stay. My maintenance calories are over 3000 so I should still continue to lose weight this weekend coming up :0074

Sunday ride home from golf outing - 2 donuts, 1 bag of chips, 1 hershey bar, orange soda, 10 piece mcnuggets, large smoothie plus whatever I ate when I got home :scared
Definite tilt on Sunday :facepalm:

Tuesday - 1270
Wednesday - 1300
Thursday - 1200
Friday - 1155
Saturday - 2000

5 days at the golf outing kinda threw things off a bit with a few drinking days in there. Before the outing I weighed 245, when I came back I was 247 but now I'm back on track.

The goal is 215 by the end of 2010 :SIB

Now I have the Vegas pic and a few from the golf outing to remind me that I need to do this. :(

Tough Mudder in March here in Georgia. If that doesn't get you motivated then you're hopeless.

Mandatory workouts daily in the AM.

My goal is to start a habit again of working out. 21 days. Increase energy. The side effects of continually working out will be positives as well. Better mind set, weight loss, muscle gain, less irritability.

This is day one... year three.

Going to a newbie triathlon sprint meeting next Monday night.

Want to see if it's possible for someone who does nothing now to work towards that by Sept for a buddy who is doing a fundraiser for his child with Down's.
