I'm through week two w/ only a 6 miler left on Saturday. I've ran 11.5 since Monday for a total week of 17.5 miles :scared

Next week it gets pushed to 18-22 miles a week (5 days)

Running in the rain has taken a couple years off of me... I can smell and taste again after two weeks away from smokes... Bar scene is no longer calling me...

I think I can, I think I can.

Growing impatient with the results but starting to feel myself WANTING to get out for a run...

Keeping a clean bill of health (no drinking) until Auburn W. Virginia Saturday night.

Weights have been good considering... Tomorrow weights, Saturday run...

Thanks fellas! It was a tough first week, but getting a little easier now.

Man, nicotine has serious withdrawals...

Yes. I'm going to start slow this year for sake of not burning out and it being a new lifestyle.

Three days running and 3 days working out. I'm not drinking as I have before, two/three limit for now so I don't remove inhibitions for smoking... funny how that works...

Joined a new gym today with the wife. Have a personal trainer tomorrow at noon to do the body fat %, set goals, and what not... 24 hour gym so I can hit the gym late night.

Will update with goals and current status tomorrow.

This is the real deal. Goal is to get back into kitboarding and take off the extra 30 I've gained while in Atlanta... Get back on the water, etc...

Having a tattoo removed as well... kurby

I don't get many urges anymore. Keep it up, slick! I wish I had quit when I was your age. Fuk those things!

my man...you ever consider investing in some home equipment?...

maybe a bow-flex and a treadmill?...theres always gonna be excuses not to go to the gym...it inevitably gets old...

if you really want to make a lifestyle change,it`s a heckuva lot easier not having to drive to the gym....

just a suggestion..

I plan to, but first we're not certain on if we're staying in ATL or moving to Nashville. Not a lot of space in the current home.

Good suggestion though. :mj06:
