General rules question:
Say before the tournament I took someone to finish under (or better) than 12 1/2 place. After all is done on Sunday there is a four way tie for 11th. Whats the grading on that?

Just kidding bro.. i would think since 11 is lower than 12 then you win
Tie rules would aply (at least with most books). 4 players are filling the last two spots in your example, so you would be paid half the face value of your ticket.
Your bookie might be different but I doubt very much if you would be paid in full. If there is a 30 way tie for 12th they are hardly likely to pay all 30 in full.
