Koln +111 and Ov 3 - I will continue to stick with one of the hottest teams in the League against the worst team in the League especially at this price. Koln is scoring and Paderborn's defense sucks.

Thanks Bason I tailed...I like the over 3 in the Leverkusen/frankfort and dortmund/gladbach, both can be had for a relatively cheap price , what do you think?

My pleasure Crook.

I like the over in the Dortmund game much more than the Leverkusen game. I see a 2-1 type game for Leverkusen so I do not hate the bet as a push is a likely outcome. See more of a 2-2 type game for Dortmund.

Taking it easy today:

Dortmund Ov 3

Union Berlin +.5

Getafe/Atletico Madrid/Wolverhampton
- Nice payout for 3 team home parlay.

Any reason why Leipzig doesn't handle Tottenham tomorrow, I know the first game was only 1-0 but Leipzig looked better of the two, now they go home? I see goals in that tilt. How will the empty stadiums affect some of these games? Thoughts

Well Crook, we are definitely thinking along the same lines. I am struggling mightily with how to handicap these no crowd games. It is really bothering me for many reasons, but the handicapping aspect of it is very troublesome, especially because I was ready to unload on a couple games.

I do like Leipzig tomorrow, but not in love with laying the -1. Spurs just can not score. I will be using Leipzig in a couple parlays most likely with PSG and Liverpool.

The games that are bothering me are the Valencia and PSG totals. I really liked both overs and loved the PSG over. I do not think I will get off either, but I will be adjusting the amount I bet. The PSG game was shaping up to be one of my biggest plays of the year, but no crowd has me a little worried. It is just not the same game when you do not have 50,000 rapid fans screaming for you.

Going to have a couple bourbons tonight and think about it some more and will have some more to say in the morning.

Morning Bason! I agree, the empty stadiums is very troublesome for capping, we are dealing with an unprecedented situation here. I watched some Serie A this weekend with empty stadiums, and it sure was weird. You have to feel for the home teams getting shafted having to play with no support, especially Valencia who need a huge win to pull off a miracle! I think the empty stadium would be somewhat deflating and definitely takes away any sort of advantage. I am glad I didn't put anything in yet as the money is shading towards the under I can pick up the over 3 at a decent price (-125). I was on that over in the PSG/Dortmund 1st leg, and like you was ready to pound this over, but will probably wait and see how today goes as the empty stadium thing has me worried. You would think PSG would pop a few on that Dortmund defense, and Dortmund track record in these games is pretty crap, but again the empty stadium somewhat levels the playing field in my eyes...only time will tell :0003

Good morning. I could go on and on about how ridiculous and unfair it is to play at home with no fans, but I will spare everyone a long rant. They suggested it at Leipzig and they told them all to fuck off!!

Here is what I put in for today:

Leipzig/Liverpool Parlay +150 - Two strong home teams that I firmly believe will win against two teams that are challenged offensively.

Valencia Ov 3 -130 - I remain worried about no fans especially if Valencia can not get on the board in the first half, but they have to come out with an all-in attack, so this should be a wide open game which should present plenty of chances. Getting the 3 here is critical in my opinion and I was able to get it early this morning. There could also be a halftime opportunity here.

Another rant I will spare you and one I have mentioned in the past is the time change. I will forget later I am sure. These 2-3 weeks screw me up both times of the year. One of my hopes before I die is this country finally wakes up and gets rid of this ridiculous and meaningless change. I know my life will be better for it.

Good luck, no way I could pass on Leipzig considering all the injuries here. I put that one in and a smaller play on the Ata-Valencia total, but that one has me somewhat worried.

Very nice, B! I knew I was doomed on the Valencia under when they gave up 2 damn penalties in the FH! Leipzig was nearly as sure as they come, and proved to be so.

Thanks guys. Was a good day (I also had BTTS in the Valencia game but I do not usually post those where I am laying -250+ as I know some do not like to lay that much juice) and hopefully more of the same tomorrow.

I already have Liverpool in the parlay and now have them +150 versus -180 so no need to do anything else in that game as I feel good about them winning tomorrow and now have great odds.

Have to stick with my guns on the other game especially since the Valencia game ended up going as I thought.

PSG Ov 3.5 -115 - I was ready to bet this immediately following the first game. No way we see the same PSG and Dortmund only knows one way to play. The key to this over will be Dortmund's ability to score. If they get a goal, this game goes over in my opinion and I think they will score.

One more:

Gladbach Ov 3 -125 - Have to play this based on Koln's recent play. Their attack has been great, so they will likely score and Gladbach is scoring over 2 goals a game at home. Should be at least 3, so I like the over.

Well done, another nice day in Europe for you. It looks like our small contingent in the forum here showed some profits yesterday, nice to see. I was already on Liverpool & the Over hopefully we can rope these in too. I know Dortmund track record in these UCL situations hasn't been good, and they are leaky at the back, but my gut says they keep this one close. Money has been steaming up the PSG line since yesterday. I like the Gladbach over , I am going to buy me some of that one as well. Good Luck today :toast:

Your more intune with Bundesliga than most of us. Any insights as to why the line on the over in Gladbach/Koln is now nearly at even money? Big drop in the last hour or two, are there any key developments here?

Sorry Crook was out, I just think it was an overreaction to no fans. Not sure everyone knew there was not going to be fans as it was the first game. Got the push.

I will be adding a small amount to the PSG over at halftime as long as the odds are reasonable.

Yup, this is what Dortmund does and always why they are second best in Germany. Every time you think they have turned a corner they lay an egg. They were talking all kinds of shit and then come out and suck. Oh well, at least the parlay paid off, but I really thought it was going to be a big day. At least I laid off the BTTS and I hated the halftime line so laid off.

Will have a couple plays for tomorrow up soon

Ugh BVB with the big choke job. I really thought at the least we would see a goal out of them, I can't believe they were shutout, oh well. We scooped the Liverpool side, but I gave back most of my take from the day before. What is on tap for you today?

Unfortunately I like a lot today. Trying to narrow down, but I will likely be tying these together one way or the other:

Istanbul -135 - Do not love this team, but I always say how tough it is to play in Turkey and I think Copenhagen will struggle some today.

Frankfurt and Over - No fans always an issue, but Frankfurt is motivated and Basel is no powerhouse. If I had to play just one it would be the Over.

+.5 parlay - Lask Linz/Rangers - two teams playing much bigger name teams that rarely lose at home.

The Lask Linz line is getting pounded as I expected. All the English fans just bet Man U because most have no idea who Lask Linz is yet alone where they play. The no fans may play into the home teams favor as I think Man U does not want to be there and just wants to get out especially after winning the big derby game. Lask Linz can play. They won all four of there Euro home games by an aggregate of 10-1. This includes wins over PSV, Alkmaar and Sporting Lisbon, all decent teams. I will play the ML which right now is +375 (was +280 yesterday), but keeps going up so I will wait. Just a value play as I do no think Man U should be a 4-1 favorite on the road against a team that can play. I may also do a ML parlay with Rangers for a huge +1600 payout.
