Yeah, that is exactly how I was. But, now I have won about 1k over the last month, so I figured what the hell. I really think some of soccer games take a bit of skill. Plus, I think it actually helps with my capping as I find myself digging into more individual stats for the clubs. I am capping all the CL games anyway so most of the work is already done. I can see how this could be done for a living as there is definitely advantages to be gained by doing the work.

They should be able to put up 3 on Brugge at home plus they really need to win this one so I expect a good effort.
I know PSG is pricey but this is a game they really need to win. If they lose they are in serious danger of not moving on. Plus, Leipzig does not travel that well. Remember they lost 5-0 at Man U.
I still like Lazio at the elevated price as Zenit does not travel well.

ohhh wow Turks is something else. I happened to go there for 5 days, paid for by my Company as part of a Sales Achievement reward with 10 others. The place has some of the best beaches in the world, but damn is it ever expensive. I don't know if I could go there and foot the bill. I remember 2 sandwiches, with 2 beers, with tip and all the taxes would cost easy 80USD :scared They want to keep it low key, and exclusive and weed out any riff raff , by that I mean the common joes like me who aren't multi millionaires. They sure had their handful with 10 raging Sales Exec's and their spouses overtaking the place in the height of the Raptor playoff run...Ahh the memories.

I?ve done it off and on with varying results. Trying to formulate a good strategy. But, I find the 50/50s the best. You only need to beat a little better than half the other people to win. I use the over/unders on games to guide on which teams attackers/defenders to target.
Gladbach never in doubt. Have I said how much I like CL.

Yes it was, too bad Rangers gave up two late goals, but that is why I played them in a Pk, but still a great day. Both German games hit as well as the parlay just at a lower payout.

Should have stuck to my guns and stayed away from CL and Euro teams. The hangover is even more exaggerated this year as many of these teams desperately need the money they can get from advancing. The schedule is taking a toll on many teams.
I do not love tomorrow's games as much as last week and it is going to be expensive to make some of the plays I like, but that is how it goes sometimes:
Salzburg/Moscow Ov 2.5 -185
Real Madrid -289
Atletico Madrid -109
Salzburg has a chance to move on and it is reflective in this line. They have played really well so far, and while I like them to win, I like the over more as I think Moscow will score.
Real is a risk and a safer bet at -1, but I am laying it here. There is a reason this line is so high even after they lost again in the league this weekend. This is an absolute must win game against a team they lost to at home. Shakhtar is one of my favorite teams to bet on, but since that win, they have not played well at all. I am expecting a strong effort and a win from Real.
Hard to believe Atletico is minus money against the hottest team in the world but this is a situational play with the added benefit that Atletico has a history of playing them well. Bayern has the group wrapped up and has Leipzig this weekend. As such, they have left at least 3 starters at home, including Goretzka, Neuer and Lewandowski. Their focus is definitely not on this game while Atletico needs a result.
Gladbach just needs a draw to secure their spot so that is a very intriguing game to watch and see how they handle the pressure. Moving on for them is an extremely big deal and they are playing some great soccer right now. You also have Ajax on the road who has not lost in 11 straight CL games, including 5 straight in England, against a Liverpool team that is hurting some right now. Trying to limit my plays some so I will include them in the following parlay:
