This line has gotten away from me but I played it anyway since I do not believe Finland will score:

Denmark to win to nil -130

Swiss got exactly what they deserved in this game and this is precisely why I do not like the way they play. They dominate the whole game, score a goal and then change the way they play. You could see the Wales goal coming. You can not score and then just let the other team in the game. Horrendous coaching in my opinion. This happens all the time and it is something I will never understand.

Happens in all sports. Many yrs ago Okie St (not sure if Barry Sanders was there at the time) lead Neb 7-0 at half. They interviewed Pat Jones going into the locker about plans for the 2nd half. Approximate quote was "we're going to sit on the ball and let the defense win it". No need to say what happened.

Looked like either a heart attack or a stroke. The look on his face was harrowing. You could tell from the players reaction that it was bad.

Friend who is on the stadium messaged that audience is asked to leave.

and

There are pictures in twitter where staff is moving Eriksen out from the field and looks like he is conscious and lifting his head,

edit:

Eriksen was hospitalized, and confirmed to be conscious and responsive. Audience was asked to stay still until further information is given.

Danish media confirms Eriksen is alive and in hospital.

Yup, going to play 5 minutes more in the FH and then the SH. Starts in a few minutes.

My bets came down and them were put back up.

Fucking Schmichael. Horrible, horrible goal tending. I think this one is going to hurt so hopefully Belgium saves me.

Need to help out at work tonight and tomorrow so posting now. I like tomorrow's games.

England -152
Ukraine +1 -130 and Ov .5 -135
N. Macedonia +1 -170 and Ov .5 -135

While I am not a huge England fan I like them in this spot tomorrow. Croatia simply is not the team they were in the last WC and we get England in Wembley. I definitely see a win in this game.

The Ukraine can play and score. I think the Dutch are getting way too much love in this game. I will gladly take the goal and I think they will score.

N. Macedonia ia an attacking team and I expect them to play aggressively in a game they think they can win. Austria has a history of not playing well on the big stage so I am happy to take the underdog in this one to keep it close and score.

Almost a great day, but any day you make money is a good one. Put some little parlays together that worked for once also.

As much as I liked today's card is about as much as I dislike tomorrow's card. I think the Czech/Scotland and Poland/Slovakia games will be snoozers and I do not see much value in the Spain line so I am not going to waste a lot of money. All I did was an action parlay:

Scotland Un 2.5/Poland Un 2.5/Spain +253

Never loved playing Unders, especially when they are at 2, so I am using the 2.5 lines. Will be surprised if there are more than 2 goals in each of those games. I may end up doing a couple FH draw bets in those 2 games or maybe parlay them. I tend not to post my FH, SH or limited live bets because most can not follow anyway. Yes, FH plays could be followed but many of those plays are also made anticipating a SH or live play which can not.

Tomorrow's card does look pretty shitty as far as entertaining affairs go. We might get something from the Spain game , let's see!

Lots and lots of talk about the France/Germany game. I have to say that I am having a tough time capping this game. My German friends think the game is unbetable. It is just very hard to figure out how this game is going to be played. I could see 0-0 or 4-3. I think it is going to be a tight game and after looking at all the lines too much, this is what I am playing:

BTTS Yes -123

I may also play the 1-1 exact score as that is what I think this will be. I actually think there is good value in the BTTS line given where all the to nil lines are and it is the best odds for the exact score. If I thought for a minute that France would be very aggressive like they should be, I would be on them since they definitely have the advantage against the German defense, but I highly doubt they play that way. Teams are just too afraid to lose.

I do not like the Portugal game. Hungary has the best home field advantage of all the teams as they will be operating the stadium at full capacity. Hungary is no push over and I think they can give Portugal trouble. I may buy up the under for a parlay but this is not a game I like that much.

I just put this in:

Italy -166

Not sure we see a better price than this. If I do, I will likely add. I am not a fan of how the Swiss play and there is a reason they have not beaten Italy since 1993. Meanwhile, I love how the Italians are playing on offense. Their movement without the ball has been something to watch and they are on a roll. The Italian D is not quite what it once was but still great against a team without much of an attack. The Swiss will do all they can to keep this 0-0, but I simply think the Italians are too much for them and win this game. I will probably bet Immobile to score again, but that can wait.

Viva Italia I look forward to seeing them again. The Swiss can try all they want to keep it 0-0, when it's all said and done I think Italy eats , and pops a few goals. They are on fire and gunning for the all time Italian win streak. I'm gonna do something with this game on the over. I liked the runs Embolo was making in the game against Wales. I think the Swiss can get something out of this one goal wise , but Italy will be too much in the end.
