RBR's are always welcome Romi. You know, I think Charr is a fighter with some potential. He works hard in there, throws alot of punches. He seemed to get better as fight went on.

Congrats on the win!!!

Thx Quanah..again no big deal picking a -600 favorite but I was still willing to lay the wood on it. Charr IMO is a Sexton, Rogan, faded Danny Williams level of fighter. He's straight up and square without a big punch. I think he gets absolutely drubbed at the top level. But big heart and dedication has fooled me more than once.

Yeah, he's certainly not ready for top level, but just 14-0 and learning. I think at this point Sexton is a good level comparison. Actually Beck is pretty good calibur opposition at this stage. It's true he does fight square. They should throw him in with other German prospects and see how he fares - He got by G.Olukun.

I read that 19-0 S.Koeber got knocked off by spoiler Zack Page.

Stieglitz-Acosta

Rd1 - Acosta comes out swinging wild, and lands a couple early. Last minute Stielitz settles down in boxing rhythm. Digging the under here - Acosta is gonna gas out

10-9 Stieg

Rd2 - Stieg applying heavy pressure. Acosta back to ropes. Acosta already reduced to periodic wild swing. He lands one, but Stieg unaffected. Stieg boxing well and looking to get him out. Will be surprised if this enters 10th

20-18 Stieg

I missed the 1st rd but steig controlling rd 2...acosta VERY wild...throwing caution to the wind with his left hk...steig needs to keep his rt hand high to avoid the wild shot...steig just needs to remain composed...acosta very unorthodox and wild...steig stalked him most of the rd and clearly won the rd

RD3 - Stieg applying heavy pressure. Acosta down. Stieg dominating. Acosta lands a wild one - no effect. Stieg with effective aggression, backing up Acosta. Acosta hangs on, but big rd for German

30-26 Stieg

rd3- acosta really letting it hang out with those wild shots...he's hitting air and those misses will take something out of him..steig briefly got in a trade...steig clearly the class of the two and IMO acostas only chance is to land one of the haymakers...rd clearly to steig...at this pace steig will have a good chance at a mid-late rd stoppage...BUT he needs to be careful of acostas wild shots

Rd4 - Acosta tired, has nothing left. Wild swings out of corner for first minute. Stieg in control, but looks a little tired himself. Sloppy round, but this is a gloified sparring session.

40-35 Stieg

rd4- still more of the same...steig doing well when acosta goes to the corner...acosta appearing a tad winded...steig needs to fight at a measured pace and not get caught up in the brawling...it is acostas only shot...rd to steig

Rd5 -Stieg stalking but can't land anything significant. Acosta completely gassed. Takes a shot on side and is down...he's looking for a way out. Up, stumbles around ring...Stieg pressuring, ref steps in ...OVA!!!

Stieglitz KO5

Great call on the under guys. I think Matt was the first to point it out. :00hour :00hour :00hour

Congrats Romi, Old Dirty, and all Stieglitz backers!!!

Maybe I'm going against the grain but I think Pac/Clottey is a pretty damn good matchup. I hope there is no bullshit about him having to make 144. Clot is no easy task for anybody. Clottey is as durable as they come. His achilles iof course is that he just does enough to lose. This is a very competitive fight IMO and of course Clottey will probably lose 115-114 x 3 :142smilie. Personally I think it's an unneccessary gamble on the part of Pac and Roach.

Yup, I think Clottey is a tough fight for Pac. He will have learned from the Cotto fight, and he is big strong welter. Also, could be a sense of letdown for Pac with Mayweather fight falling thru. This fight is also coming up pretty quick for Pac.

Stieglitz in aggressive mode against light punching late sub. Acosta stopped by Choc a few years back but has usually been durable. Looked out of shape and vastly outclassed tonight. Stig and Miranda would have been interesting. Stig looked strong but he was in fairly soft.

It really seems as though Stieglitz is punching harder now than he did earlier in his career. The Argentinian didnt seem to be in good shape, even though he had a fight scheduled.
Stieglitz Miranda would have been interesting!

K?hne wanted Reyes gloves for this match, which is very unusual for women boxing. It seems very likely, that this is the reason why Ina suffered a bad bruise and K?hne this nasty cut!

Ina said after the fight that she didnt want to use Reyes gloves again.

This fight will not happen, it cannot happen. Who would even want to see this? Mayweather will subject himself to much ridicule if he makes a fight like this. If no Pac, then the Mosley-Berto winner seems the only option for Mayweather.

How about Atlas on FNF pretty much saying he thinks Pac is on the juice? Talk of secret emails and such.

Good little info I didn't have before the fight so I got heavily burned with my OVER bet.
Ina was bruised already in the 2nd round. What was Khune thinking? She has what, 25% KO rate and decides she want Reyes. Fuk!

Zerwas, was that info revealed only after the fight or I didn't do my homework?
