3secs...last word before (from here) before I bail.
having sex is never a mistake, certainly barring some tramp who may have something contractable, which your wife has likely avoided, whatever her excuse for variety may have been.

I hadn't even delved that deeply, into this thread, but, as mentioned, it is obviously not your fault.
Takes two to tango.
You may have had yours, as most men do (we ARE fucking pigs, after all, or at least hornier than shit 666 days a year barring medication), but if she's been "experimenting" then your alleged course of action seems promising; marriage is, or used to be, a committment to somebody that you can love and cherish your whole life, without the need to recourse into alternative 'course and whatever else some lost soul may be looking for. Arguments are arguments--a part of life including within the best friendships. Betrayal of trust is difficult to forgive, for pretty much anybody. That being said, I do hope that you can end it on good terms and it sounds like you may. Even sounds, from my limited comprehension of the matter, that you may salvage it yet. You have to decide what you want. Seems like you wanted her bodily fluids--whether under the influence or not--so obviously animosity has not engulfed you.

hmmm...
seem to rambling as before (or worse(as usual))...

Figure out what you(s) want and communicate.
Cooperate.
You got married for a reason and maybe enough remains to salvage.
If not, then you would both best be served by the cooperation hitherto mentioned.

Hendrix bless us everyone...I just got the phone call I've been waiting on and can therefore save you from more of my uninformed deliberations. I got 13.666 minutes before I gots to hit the road.

Talk it up.
I know of worse shit than I surmise--again from limited perusal--that has turned into something stronger in the future.
If not possible, then, well...I won't repeat myself.

P.S.

Fuck lawyers? Yeah, that makes perfect sense when you're dealing with someone and both are in very emotional states and figuring out how the rest of your life is going to play out...

A good lawyer is your best asset at a time like this - sounds like a comment from someone who was beaten out of something from a good attorney - that's usually the case. I've heard about what a bitch my wife is from a lot of people that she won successful outcomes against. And those who have used her say she is the best thing that happened to them and made things a ton better moving forward.

ANYway... I'd still be pretty careful about the sex thing and putting any stock in what she is doing or saying moving forward. I'd really be careful about making the 22 year old anything at all until the divorce is final. A scorned, mad female - or male - before the divorce is final just makes things more difficult. I'm guessing the sex was pretty good, though... a lot of emotions flying around there.

Please take care, stay focused and in mental control, and seriously think twice about making your new gal a part of anything until the divorce is final. Good luck.

Divorce is under way & we had to go to my attorney's office after she got off work for some techincal thing....she is not getting an attorney! :00hour

She is letting go on my terms & just letting me write the ticket so to speak & will not contest the divorce or terms at all.

Did you even read any of the posts or just decide for the sake of Chivalry to defend your wife:shrug:
You can get divorced without lawyers getting involved. If both sides agree to sign the dotted line and go their seperate ways, why pay people such as your wife:shrug: I mean I know why you prefer it that way, but why should he get them involved.

And his post was a response to this one by 3sec

Well last night was quite interesting.

Divorce is under way & we had to go to my attorney's office after she got off work for some techincal thing....she is not getting an attorney! :00hour
She is letting go on my terms & just letting me write the ticket so to speak & will not contest the divorce or terms at all.

So after that meeting we stopped off for a dinner since we have nothing to eat in the house currently....went well all very lite talk, no talk of the relationship or anyhing.....a simple good time.

We got home, drank some wine & got into a huge fight about the other dude. She feels 'strongly' for him, they are so alike, he understands her blah blah blah. I am well past being some sappy dude & was just like whatever...I dont give a fuck anymore just save all the BS. Then she went into how much she resented me & how she tried to make the marriage work for 6.5 years how she gave gave gave etc...

Long story short is I made the HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake of having sex with her last night & this morning.

I am getting out of her today though....I simply cant take it & dont want to be around her.

seems to me he was just agreeing with 3secs:shrug:

Long way to go in this Prequel though, so I am sure we will have plenty more to interpret in the future:kiss:

I have no issue nor problem with people not using lawyers if they don't think they need to. A lot of people say a lot of things in this situations, and the next day are surprised to learn that the other person has changed their mind. I hope it all works out, but protecting yourself by having an attorney to help you keep YOUR head on straight and avoid all the drama and mental games is a smart thing to do.

I responded merely to the fuck lawyers comment, not to 3 Seconds. Everybody seems to feel like lawyers should be fucked, until they themselves are fucked, or they have been fucked by a better attorney than they have and wish they would have gotten a better one.

I read his posts, and have talked about many things, mostly (I think) helpful and cautionary. It's none of my business who gets an attorney here or anywhere. I know from personal experience what having one - especially a good one - means in a divorce, whether the other person has one or not. He already has an attorney, so I think he's in great shape, unless he goes over the top with mind games and a new girlfriend - that kind of thing. She could certainly get mad and change her mind, right?

Again, my "defense" was in retort to the fuck lawyers comment. So, take that for what it's worth.

fucking lawyers.......:mj07: :mj07:

A lawyer was on his cell phone, calling a locksmith.

"I locked my keys in my sports car!" said the nervous lawyer.

"No problem, I should be there in about an hour," replied the locksmith.

"Do you think you can make it a little sooner?" pleaded the lawyer. "My top is down and it?s starting to rain."

I moved out the same day we decided and let her stay in the house. I suggest you do the same. Nothing good comes from staying there!!! Friends house, family, hotel, whatever.. but get out and arrange time to get your stuff! People do not act rational when hurting, and that goes for your wife!

dogface

solid advice, please heed it..bol

So somebody stated the stereotypical lawyers comment and now somebody is taking up for their wives profession? Am I reading this right?

Is that really where this thread is heading?

I say no way in hell...

3 Secs, let's get back on subject.... Did you see the 22 year old this weekend? :0corn

Well we had sex every night & day this weekend & then last night she told me I couldnt handle the truth, yes very much like Jack, about weather or not she planned on continuing her 'relationship' w/ the other man when she gets out of here. She kept saying no & I didnt believe her for one second, but she kept saying no & then she threw it out there "I realized I am still in love with you" :mj07:

Said she figured that out on Saturday sometime, during some stupid conversation we had...

Told her "sorry" I was getting some good-bye sex & that I am moving forward w/ divorce. :thefinger

As for the 22 year old, I did see her this weekend, BUT i did NOT :142hump: .........YET.

Oh yeah I have an attorney & a darn good & very happy about it. She can easily afford one, but really is choosing to do this whole thing uncontested on her part.
