Maybe if they provided standardized rulers, then there wouldn't be any confusion.

These people take life WAY too seriously! Holy shit!

Yeah, check this post out. HOLY SHIT, I feel like moving away from these idiots. I am going to start looking for my lot to build my final resting place real soon.

After this inspection, if the work has not been completed or adequate proof that the work has been contracted for a timely completion, the covenant violations will be submitted to the law firm representing the HOA with all associated costs of enforcement to be borne by the property owner in violation.

Hi everyone. Just moved into the neighborhood. Need to put up our mailbox. Does anyone know of a handyman I could use?

Let me get this right...

If u tell them to go fuck themselves, they get an attorney to send u a letter and a bill for that service telling u to plant the tree or whatever the hell else they want u to do? How far can this be pushed. How can they force you to abide by these shitty little rules? I don't understand. Thanks.

Finding a lot of golf balls in our back yard REAL ONES. Don't want a broken window, holes in our fence or our son to run over them with the mower. Pretty sure coming from street behind us but not sure which house.

A few days later.

To the person whacking their golf balls in my backyard: You are cordially invited to my house. ..... Way. I have something to discuss with you.

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS (Note 4 of 4):
No receiving or transmitting antenna or device shall be located on any lot unless it is entirely inside the dwelling. The exception to this would be no more than two satellite reception dishes, each no more than 39 inches in diameter. If they are free standing they must be placed in the back yard behind the back of the house. For corner lots, they may be placed no farther toward the intersecting street than the side of the dwelling that faces that intersecting street. No solar panels or solar heating panel may be placed without the express written consent of the Architectural Control Committee. This covenant is intended to allow this technology to be used if it becomes a well recognized and commonly used technology in the future, but to discourage the unsightly appearance that current solar panel technology exhibits.
