The awareness that need to be raised is respect.....Every video posted show the disrespect people have to authority and society....Until that is fixed your finger is going to get awful tired posting videos and faulting Law Enforcement for trying to settle differences.....People want to keep challenging the rules/laws this shit will keep on happening.....Most of these videos would not be here if people didn't have a chip on their shoulder to start with.....:0008

You said you're waiting to see all the evidence as if you're just positive that there is something out there that will provide exculpatory evidence that makes it okay to body slam a 90 pound minor female to the pavement when she was walking away and complying. Maybe you're glancing away during the video, the "evidence" in front of you I mean, not the hopeful evidence that hasn't seemed to produce itself yet. There are several statements from residents saying am argument started after a white resident with the children made a racial slur towards the KIDS. (Just trying to remind you that the unruly bastards that moved towards the cop ONLY AFTER THE OFFICER BROKE THE LAW AGAINST A PRIVATE CITIZEN BY USING EXCESSIVE FORCE). That's exactly what I would expect any good citizen to do when they see a minor girl being brutalized. Remember, the law applies to police as well. They don't get to body slam people to there face just because you have an opinion or disagree with there tactics. She did not interfere with the performance of his duties. Once again, you have the video. That's all the evidence you have, so just like a real life jury person, you go with what you can attest to and form your opinion. I saw police brutality and another incident involving a cop over stepping his authority. Please feel free to explain how you see anything different. I see a cop brutalize an innocent and then brandish a weapon at kids trying to help a friend in trouble. Tell me what you see different? Notice that nobody, not a single person, moved towards the officer in any manner until the cop broke the law. The situation never "got out of control" only the cop did. The kids were complying, maybe slowly, but maybe that's because they should not have had their rights violated with being unlawfully detained in the first place.
If you'd like there are several easily obtained reports about the 911 call and the white woman starting the thing with the racial slurs. Feel free to peruse them at your leisure, or wait for some other evidence that makes it okay for cops to assault minors.

By the way, they were invited to the party and had to pay an entry fee. You may have overlooked that particular but of "evidence".

They were dispersing sports? Why is it that you think they were challenging authority? It looks to me like they are trying to prevent further jam from coming to an innocent black citizen at the hands is yet another police officer. It's right there on the tape. Why is it only one cop pulling his weapon if it's so deadly and out of control.
Do you think that the cop could have pulled up and simply used his P.A. system to tell them to disperse? It always worked before? Pretty sure that would have not gotten him suspended. I would be willing to bet that they're even trained to do exactly that.

MCKINNEY, TX ? Brandon Brooks, the 15-year-old boy who shot the McKinney pool party video that?s being broadcast around the world, is telling his side of the story to NewsFix.
?The cops showed up and the parents immediately started yelling, ?you need more cops, there?s too many of them.? And most of the kids weren?t even involved. It was a fight between a mom and girl, which had nothing to do with all the other kids that she apparently needed more cops for,? Brooks explained.
That?s when Brooks says the officer, reportedly identified as Cpl. Eric Casebolt, arrived on the scene and flipped out.
?He trips and drops his flashlight. He?s going crazy, putting people in handcuffs, tackling people, slinging them on the ground.?
So, why wasn?t Brooks handcuffed?
?I was one of the only white people in the area when that was happening. You can see in part of the video where he tells us to sit down, and he kinda like skips over me and tells all my African-American friends to go sit down.?
Things got really scary for the teen behind the lens as he watched his 14-year-old friend being thrown to the ground.
?I think she was quote unquote running her mouth, and she has freedom of speech and that was very uncalled for him to throw her to the ground,? Brooks said. ?When he pulled his gun my heart dropped. As soon as he pulled out his gun, I thought he was going to shoot that kid. That was very scary.?
Parents, activists, and local pastors showed up at McKinney PD Headquarters Monday, demanding that the officer be thrown off the force. Right now, he?s on administrative leave.
?It is our hope and prayer that the Chief of Police and the mayor of this city handle this situation by not only firing this officer but taking his license, because this was simply based on race,? Rev. Ronald Wright said.
?Several concerns about the conduct of one of the officers on the scene has been raised,? McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley said at press conference on Sunday. ?The McKinney Police Department is committed to treating all persons fairly under the law. We?re committed to preserving the peace and safety of our community for all of our citizens.?
What actually led up to the chaotic aftermath is still a source of debate. Was the party even cleared with the HOA? Were teens jumping fences to get into the community pool? Was a DJ blaring explicit music at a family venue? And what did the 911 callers say that got cops to the scene in the first place?
In this case, there was no lethal force, but the video could be used to teach cops what not to do when things get out of control.

The reports I've read state kids ( I don't know if they were black/white/red or yellow and don't care) were climbing over the fenced in pool area uninvited.... Loud disrespectful music was playing....Tweeks were sent out inviting all to join in the fun.....Much of this info comes from a supposed Black Radio Host who lives and was there....Are these reports different from what you're hearing.....:shrug:
it`s paid for by the homeowners in that subdivision.....it is not open to the public...
this dj twit set up her gig on public property and began blasting loud rap music while tweeting to come to a party. I read that over 100 kids showed up(many of which were not residents of the subdivision) and were not allowed into the pool...then they started harassing famiiles, many with young children in the pool, running down the streets shouting ,banging on passing cars and threatening people in the neighborhood and then jumping the fence to get into the pool.....
that seems a little different than your version...
the girl that was taken down was told several times to leave the immediate area...she wouldn`t....he drew the gun when several teens advanced on him as he was cuffing her...that was in the tape....you can`t have a group of people advance on a cop as he`s cuffing someone...

Video I just saw showed cop pulling gun only after being rushed by two men . They would not have rushed him if Miss Bikini had obeyed cop.
One put his hand in his pocket while rushing and cop pulled his gun. Cannot hear what they were saying to the cop.
Was it threatening or not?
Either way the girl did not obey the cop . Cop may not have handled it correctly so I am sure DOJ, Sharpton, Lynch and others will get to the truth.

That's because you've decided to use one man's version that falls in line with what you already believed. There are several eyewitness reports staying that a white mother of three began yelping Tacoma slurs to a resident black kid that was in the pool area. The kid does live in the neighborhood and was defended by another black mother, no relation to the other black person in the pool. That started a fight between to residents in the pool area not the kids outside the area.
You have an eyewitness account only two posts above yours but you I guess you didn't read it or just disregarded it. I don't know, but it's right there. By the way, where did you read it was specifically rap music? Or did you kinda just assume that and throw it in?
