So you take the word over a 15 yr old white kid who's friends are right in the middle of the situation over a black home owner in the association who described what he saw happen live on his on air radio show knowing it would upset many blacks around the area.....ah, ok......:shrug:

"PLEASE HELP! That (now viral) video of the officer in McKinney subduing a girl in a bathing suit was in OUR neighborhood. The situation was NOT what is being reported?
A DJ setup in a public space next to the private pool in our neighborhood on Friday and played loud explicit (F-bomb) music for multiple hours (it is unclear if he was invited by a resident as no one has claimed responsibility). The teenagers (both black and white) were being brought into our neighborhood by the carload because the DJ was tweeting out invites to a ?pool party? for $15 (obviously unauthorized by our neighborhood). The teens began fighting with each other and pushing their way into our private pool. Some were jumping our fence. The security guard was accosted when he tried to stop the beginnings of this mob scene. Some residents who live around the park/pool area tried to come out and settle things down. The teens started yelling racial slurs at our neighbors and started assaulting people and property (throwing bottles at cars and attacking a mother at the pool with 3 young children). The first officer on the scene was by himself. At that time, the party had grown to a large, aggressive crowd. As the officer arrived, many teens started running through our neighborhood. Many of the teens were being very aggressive and yelling at the officers as more arrived.
This was a very dangerous situation for the officers AND the teens/residents not involved. The news media has refused to hear the neighborhood?s side of this story. The video being distributed is only a very small segment of what happened. This information being distributed by the media and others is extremely distorted and in some cases outright lies.
PLEASE HELP US STOP THE BROADCASTING OF THIS IGNORANCE. The media is trying to make it look like our neighborhood is a white?s only, racist area. Anyone who has spent even a few minutes in our area knows this is an outright LIE.
The unfortunate result is that our neighbors are now being threatened. We have also had cars and property in and around the park area vandalized this weekend. Unfortunately, the press and social media are trying to enflame the situation.

Really, she disobeyed the cop huh? The same cop that told her to leave? The same cop that had to run after her as she was walking away with her back to the cop? The same cop that screams she should have watched her mouth after the girl started screaming scared?

There aren't people calling the kid a liar and asking that he be fired are they? They aren't questioning what's in the video are they? By the way you can see the black dj in the video self deputizing himself.
Let me be very clear. I believe what i saw. An out of control white cop brutally using excessive force to slam a teen black girl to the pavement for no reason. I saw only black people being restrained. I believe the 15 year old yes, I have no reason not to. I also believe his version more in whole as he was present for entire time while the DJ was not. Also maybe the dj was trying to attract a listening audience to his laughable public radio show. Reading the comments about him it seems he has shown a proclivity for pandering to well to do white people before. So yes, I do not consider someone a liar simply because he's 15.
Let me ask you this, would you believe him if he said that a Catholic priest sexually abused him? Went to court and testified as such?

So I don't see where it says rap music. I don't see where he states over 100 kids from outside of the community. I didn't read where they harassed families in the pool area. I did read several eyewitness accounts that have specifically called this particular person's account bogus and full of lies however. As a matter of fact the woman with three kids in the pool area is the one that started it all by yelling racial epithets at a black kid that is a resident. An unrelated black woman defended the kid and told the white woman to quit using racial slurs and the white woman hit her.
Oddly enough there is not one report that corroborates this persons account that you're using as the definitive account of events. There are over thirty people that call it a bold faced lie. It's all what you want to believe I suppose.

When did they show no respect sports? After the crime of police brutality was committed or before? After it was evident the cop was only detaining black people? Funny, I saw kids handing back flashlights and saying sir, not sure how much more respectful they need to be.
What started this mess to begin with, it sure as hell wasn't when the police showed up....started long before, give me a break.

Was just on Fox, couple different interviews from Home Owners from the association white and black....hell there was even an interview with a girl and her dad that were part of the party, girl stated she and her friends were being disrespectful to the adults at the pool, but the adult should responded better as they are supposed to be the adults.....this is what society has created...Sure there'll be a link up soon.....done for the night.....

Remembering all the parties in the 70's I attended when rivals would show up, fights would break out, floors of houses would collapse and people would get thrown through windows, cops would get called...never made the national news.. we got jipped:shrug::shrug:
