What does "the most powerful person on planet earth" mean? I would think a generic response would be that they can impose their will on every other living being because they are "the most powerful". That is simply not the case for the United States anymore and I would be interested in hearing what the title translates to on a practical basis. It's sort of like the "leader of the free world" nonsense.

Common misconception. I make most of my practice profit doing exams and cleanings. It's funny that people comment that dentists love when they get cavities because if you want to look at profit margins and per chair the cleanings and X-rays have the biggest margins. My ideal practice is one where no decay exists.
