FDC. Perhaps many of us would not have voted for Trump if the Dems put up a viable candidate. They chose a person who got rich selling America for her own gain. While she was Sec of State. Never mind her views on open borders and refugees!

As for Trump I hope he is not another Globalist. I hoped the same thing for Obama, I was wrong.

I voted for Trump because I feel the world is a better place with a stronger America than China.

I hope he can turn the ship around. We know Hillary was not going to turn anything around she was one of the captains that led to the borders being open and jobs leaving the country.

Please be so kind to repost a racist post of mine. You have used words a lot more offensive than I have ever used on this forum.
Bottom line is anyone who disagrees with you has to be stupid and has to be racist.
Have I ever made a ugly comment about your mixed family that you seem to want to remind us of with pictures and words? I personally find it odd that you do that. I do not and yet I have a mixed family.
If so, please repost my comments.
I voice my opinion. As a veteran and as an American I believe I am entitled to that right.
You are welcome to your beliefs and I firmly believe I am welcome to mine.
Perfect example of what you're all about is right here in your last post. Couldn't help yourself could you? Had to bring up my family didn't you? Exactly what I expected from you. My goodness are you really this daft? Do you honestly believe I don't see your thinly veiled attack on my family? I don't have to search any of your posts to prove my point about your bigotry or racism, you've already done that for me.

In other news. I'm sure you have a far more mixed family than you're giving great grandma credit for, or mom for that matter.
Then again, I may be wrong. Maybe the lowell lineage has been kept in the family

In regards to education, perhaps when we are open minded enough on both sides of the isle to look abroad and look at what works in other nations and use it here or try it. My brother and wife are both teachers here in california, she having a doctorate. I'll ask them when I see them next.
We are still stronger then China. It's still not that close.
Hopefully jobs come back but for every carrier job saved you will lose much more to automation. Takes a 100 less people to produce steel then it did not that long ago. Jobs I am guessing were probably $50,000 a year type job. Ok, what is the plan for that other then cliches? A higher minimum wage aligned with higher tariffs? Truman doubled it in 1948. A basic income for everyone? Only Bernie even attempted to address this. I don't want to hear the usual Randian or Marxist cliches. This is a new world and it needs new ideas.

As for why many working class people decided to throw it in with Trump, I do understand why. Economist Mark Blythe describes it quite well on some of the youtube videos I have watched which I came across with his saying of 'Global Trumpism'. Basically that the years of neo-liberalism with free trade and such has left behind those working people in our country and others and that populism is on the rise now be it on the left or right.

New World needs New Ideas among the worst and most dangerous clich?s out there...

Couldn't stop the inevitable transition from farming to manufacturing economy. The displacement from that almost got populists like William Jennings Bryan elected. But at least back then we didn't try "new ideas" to try and halt the inevitable, which obviously would have made the whole situation worse..We now moving into the post-industrial world...

As for education, why go overseas to see what works? It's hard to apply other cultures and political systems to another - when there is plenty here already that works....France is considered to have the best K-12 system in the world. Study that - very few of their methods transferable here. Japan that even more true..

Ding ding ding. It is irrefutable that HRC used her position as the SoS to fund her personal account with 10s of millions. All one needs to do is look at the donations to The Clinton Foundaion that have literally screeched to halt since her loss. It would be laughable to argue the pay for play she engaged in as SoS. What she did was criminal. Trump probably won't pursue it and Obama may give her a pardon to make sure but her actions were criminal.

How is it irrefutable? What evidence do you personally have to share that provide indisputable evidence that she engaged in criminal activity?

I find it laughable that you'll accept that Trump didn't release his tax returns, doesn't pay taxes, has thousands of shares invested in companies and such that can and will directly benefit from the decisions he makes going forward and refuses to divest himself of them, you're fine with all that, but it's that mean old Hillary bitch that's the problem, right?

The fact is you don't know shit, she won't be indicted on shit and there is no evidence that she should be other than propaganda and false or misleading rhetoric.

Trump is an admitted sexual predator, philanderer, womanizer, and bigot and you support him.

i supported him but, then again, what do I know because I and others are not intelligent.

Qatar, Saudia Arabia, UAE, and others have the same thing in common. They provided her with a great retirement and travel fund. All provided legally according to FDC. But she is such an exemplary person to emulate isn't she? Your head is so up her ass you can see crap. Thank God we have intelligent people such as yourself. And I truly do think you are on some things, no doubt.

Again, there were two choices, neither all that good. You wanted more of the same and were "with her" and I and others wanted a new direction, or at least try it. Sorry also that you don't like the Sec of E choice, nor some of the others. Please give your list of much better choices according to you. Look forward to seeing those choices you would pick on all the Cabinet Positions.

He's not? This is a really misguided response. Who do you think has the most powerful position? He is the COMMANDER AND CHIEF of this country. This country has 662 bases across the world in 38 foreign countries. By comparison, Britain, France and Russia have 30 foreign bases combined!

How about the money spent on our military? Well, the U.S. military expenditures are roughly the size of the next seven largest military budgets around the world, combined. That includes China #2, Saudi's #3, Russia #4 and the UK #5. We spend $1.6 trillion on the military. Again, he is the commander and chief and even though he can't technically declare war, he can use the military as he needs.

And this is only one area we dominate in....

If he isn't, who is?

FDC, I want disagree with you that Trump needs to divest himself from companies. It needs to be done to run a "clean" presidency IMO. I don't however think the tax return is that big of a deal. I'm not sure why but I just don't care about it that much. I think the left made a very BIG deal about it but people like me that were in the middle really didn't put too much stock into it.

No matter what you have to say about what I wrote above I would like to ask you about her time as SOS. The Clinton Foundation did for a fact receive large donations from both foreign governments and wealthy/influential people from foreign countries. On my "not so right meter" that doesn't seem to be a good thing. How does it sit on your "meter?"

You know what Chuck, you have whined incessantly about my posts to other people and have been telling me how fucked up I am for months. You've been consistently nipping at my heels telling me how I am supposed to treat people, what I'm supposed to think etc..., all according to you and I'm tired of it.
Not once have I addressed you unless it was a direct response to one of your posts directed at me. You cried because I called lowell stupid etc... in this very thread without even checking to see if what I said was accurate. So what makes you so fucking special to now enter a post once again directed at me and once again telling me how fucked up I am and then going so far as making reference to something as if I actually said it? Who fucking died and made you the collective conscience or the forum sheriff? How the hell is your post so fucking okay and in line with how you say people should address others on here. Why do you get to put words in my mouth, berate me, make up lies about me and put it to paper and somehow that's okay, but it's just not cool or appropriate when I, as always happens, shove it back in your fucking face?

Here's the deal Chuck, I don't care of you like me or think I'm a nice guy. I don't care if you think I'm a big meany, or if you agree with a damn thing I say. I really don't. What's more, I don't really think anyone does. Get over yourself, you're not championing the fight against good and evil, you're just running your goddamned pie hole because you have an over inflated sense of self righteousness.

I'm entitled to like or dislike anything I want and anyone I want and you're entitled to shut the fuck up about it. If you want to reply or say something about it if you disagree, be my guest, just don't be a dick and a hypocrite towards me because it won't go well for you, it never has.

Apparently those funds or donations or all the other shit you're blathering about was legal according to the government as well or she would have been indicted, right? Isn't that how it works Chuck? So it wasn't FDC that deemed it legal at all was it Chuck, fuck no, it was the actual justice system. Holy shit, who knew huh?

Don't tell me what I wanted and don't use the term more of the fucking same as something I stated or agreed with. That's a conservative cliche for those that are trying to express their choice to vote for Trump as a reasonable choice, much like "he just says whatever is on his mind", is nothing more than a coping mechanism for those that are now accepting of his incredibly childish tweets, rants, and overall stupidity that's been the only constant. I'm not a hypocrite, and I don't do things such as vote for president without forethought and reason. I vote the way I vote for my own reasons. I voted against Trump because he's a despicable human being that had zero qualifications to be president. I would never vote for anyone I wouldn't want to be my kids troop leader or den mother. If you and his supporters want to look past even the complete idiocy and incompetence already displayed as president- elect on top of the fact that he's a man that is regarded as a buffoon, liar, womanizer, fraud, racist, and criminal by more than not then be my fucking guest. He doesn't fool me I'm not that gullible and never will be. I'll never support him and will make every effort to ensure that every stupid thing he does is magnified and shoved stressor down your throat, how's that sound Chuck? He's been skipping the intelligence briefings which are designed to update the president and his staff of threats to the safety and sovereignty of our country, but he has the time to make a lie about voter fraud public on twitter. You're okay with him lying about Carrier and dropping $7 mill in their pocket and taking credit for saving jobs that was a complete farce as the jobs were outsourced anyway?

Yeah, you just keep prattling on about how fucked up I am and how I think I'm smarter than everyone because you're sure showing me, that's for sure. Yeah I can't imagine anyone in their right mind would think for a moment that a simpleton such as myself would ever be able to match all the truth and knowledge your laying down chief.

Dude, you cant be serious. You speak of misleading rehtoric as if it only comes from the right. That is laughable in itself, but then you state the following untruth:

You and i both know that Trump has not admitted to being a sexual predator or bigot. He damn well has admitted to running ass, but that is his business.

Anyway, since when has a philandering POTUS been a problem for you. You were all good when a Dem POTUS took advantage of an intern in the fucking white house, but take issue with a billionaire playing the field before he even considered running. Outrageous.

Paragraph1. Yes, we teach kids to use the "stupid" word. You teach this also? Didn't say "you are fucked up". Did I?

This one I loved. "Who fucking died and made you the collective conscience or the forum sheriff?" Pot meet kettle.

Another one. "Get over yourself, you're not championing the fight against good and evil, you're just running your goddamned pie hole because you have an over inflated sense of self righteousness" Pot, meet kettle.

Berate and make up lies? What lie? Not sure I follow but your next post you will tell me.

Paragraph 5

" buffoon, liar, womanizer, fraud, racist, and criminal", idiocy, despicable human being. How do you really feel, bud? Proven in court of law? Sheesh, you are way out there with this comment. Anyone else in politics past or present you can call these words?

" I'll never support him and will make every effort to ensure that every stupid thing he does is magnified and shoved stressor down your throat." Wow again, your words, POTUS such a respected position by you.

Well written, much better than I do politically. But the last comment, I didn't want to go there, but you did it for me with Bill. The "admitted sexual predator" part I don't get either.

Hello layinwood, how you had a good weekend. Personally, I believe he should release his taxes because that is the standard set forth by previous presidents. His failure to do so lends itself to assumptions that he's trying to hide something and shows a disregard for long standing policy and a general disregard for the citizenship. I'm sure you recall the birther movement he spearheaded for years against Obama and once that was proven he made reference to President Obama's college transcripts being published and offered to pay millions to get them. Now here he is not releasing his taxes and hot don't find that to be the definition of hypocrisy and and show complete disregard for our political system and citizenship? I have a huge problem with that. Donald Trump is widely known as an egomaniac and a narcissist by even those close to him not to mention all his peers and those that have met him. When confronted with a practice that all those that went before him did, he basically thumbed his nose at it and simply said no. He even went so far as to lie about his reasons for not complying by saying the IRS wouldn't let him. I'm sorry but to me, that's indicative of how he plans on proceeding with similar situations in the future except now, he'll be the president. I honestly have a hard time understanding how some reconcile this internally. To me this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I don't know the entire scope of the donations made as far as who made what and when and the exact amount.
If they were donations received illegally or from enemies of the state, I'm sure I wouldn't like it. The Clinton's are wealthy, highly intelligent, hugely successful, well educated people. Due to their presence in political circles I'm guessing they've developed relationships with other wealthy people and political figures in other countries. While she was SoS she divested herself with the everyday machinations of the foundation, to what degree we can all speculate, but as far as I know, Bill was running it. Whether or not I agree with the practice, the Clinton's aren't the only politicians or people of power that have taken money from foreign entities. I don't believe she has ever done anything or accepted money from someone that would purposely compromise the safety or civility of our country. I personally don't like any politicians accepting donations from anyone including lobbyists, industries, etc... it perverts the position in my opinion. I am more concerned with the availability of congressional votes being for sale than rich people trying to get richer.

I would say that Hillary Clinton has been the most scrutinized person in the country for the last six years and that scrutiny was funded by tax revenue misappropriated by a republican congress. If in all that scrutiny nobody has found enough evidence of wrongdoing to indict her when all they, the GOP, really required was a single shred, than I would hazard to say that I personally don't think there's any there. I'm not a person that gets into speculation or assumption and such when it comes to things like that, at least I try not to be.
I'm certainly aware of our governmental history to meddle in the business of other countries, especially the mid-east and there are plenty of incidences in the past to draw from as far as my "not right" meter. None of them has sat well with me, I don't like it, but I know that it is part of being a world power. I can easily see where those contributions would not sit well with some. My issue is the hypocrisy and the lack of integrity shown by so many when it's not their candidate. I question the "anger" of those that weren't upset about it when it was their side doing it. Perfect example was the "outrage" displayed by the right when POTUS traded political prisoners of war, yet they all seem to forget that we traded political prisoners for Rep. John McCain many years ago. To me, you don't get to be outraged now when you weren't before.

Again, I appreciate your posts and by and large I honestly believe that HRC did a good job as SoS and would have made a good president, solely for my own reasons. I do not believe she is the best person for the job in the country at present but far better suited than the person we elected.
