Chuck,
You don't represent the "people" nor does Trump's election reflect what "the people" want. He lost the popular vote by the largest margin in history by a winning candidate. He got less than 46% of the voting population which was the smallest voter turnout in history if you look at percentage by census. That's not indicative of what "the people" want by any stretch. Hillary lost because of the smear campaign engineered by the GOP that was funded by misappropriated tax revenues.

What exactly should I give him credit for? What had he done except lie over and over again that he's deserving of praise?

I said that it is my nature to defend the causes in attached to our believe in. If something I say or post ultimately reaches an open ear then I'm good with it. I'm not trying to change the world nor get everyone to think like me. That's unrealistic and not at all what I meant.

I will say that I don't post the things I do with certain individuals in mind unless it's a direct response to their post. It seems to me as if you're under the impression that I'm addressing you or that I have you in mind when I post. I assure you, I don't.

I'm not spewing anger and hatred all the time either. I do when people say stupid shit like climate change is a hoax and such.

I'm not sure how you keep insisting that the "people" want this or that as if you are speaking for the majority or that you have your finger on the pulse of the collective population, you don't.

For some reason you keep preaching to me about how I need to act. I'm not sure why you feel empowered to do so bit it is what it is.

Hope this helps,
FDC

The people I am referring to is pretty logical to most. The correct people in the individual states that voted had enough say as a collective group to win the Electoral Vote. Those are the rules they both had to play by. The number of people in each state that Trump needed to give him the electoral votes he needed, SPOKE! Is that clear enough? Here is a real life example in my world.

In my world of selling, there are groups of hospitals that form an Integrated Delivery Network together to get better pricing, purchase the same Medical instruments, and demand the same attention. They are in every state. I deal in a similar world as the Electoral College. If there are 11 hospitals that are deciding on an instrument, my job is to get the Director and VP level at each individual hospital to say they want my instrument. That means the rural 30 bed hospital has the same vote as the 300 bed hospital. If you get 6 of the 11 pushing for you, the contract will be yours. That way, every town counts, similar to every state. And you know where some "Managers" may have more pull helping others choose your instruments, so you focus there as well, i.e. in the election, those "hospitals" were Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, etc..

Donald Trump had the "right" people in his court to win the election. Hillary didn't. He was more intelligent in where he campaigned. GOP Smear was not the reason.

Can I reference the people I meant, now? Without your semantics of what people I meant? I have to start the grill. :0067

Have you ever stopped to consider how many times you've told me I'm wrong and you're right and then went on to tell me how I always insist that I'm never wrong and always have to have the last word?

In your post you have the audacity to completely dismiss any negative press or reaction resultant of GOP tactics to cast aspersions and attack her personally and professionally. How many investigations funded by republicans did she have to endure all to find the same results of innocence? All that bullshit, which you cannot possibly have missed, and it didn't matter whether she was guilty of any of it or not. As I've stated many times in this thread, the facts don't matter and truth doesn't matter, it's what is useful to the cause that matters to the GOP. Anything can become an accepted truth if continuously repeated to those willing enough to our gullible enough to accept it as such.

My point was and still is, speak for yourself because that's all you represent. I represent myself and that's it. I don't know why you keep insisting that I'm angry, or hate everyone simply because I don't agree with them. I don't care if you agree with me or not, I really don't. Some of my best friends disagree with me, so what?

I only get upset when your actions or beliefs have a negative effect on others or the environment. I don't care if someone gets upset because the person in line in front of them used food stamps to buy pork chops instead of hamburger helper. Now say something shitty to that person or treat them like shit for no reason and things aren't going to go well with us, but that's just me.

Hope this helps,

I thought I would stay out of this thread but your bullshit is just too much...
I believe the only way to explain your nonsense is that grizzly bear must have done to you what it did to DiCaprio in his movie. I think you are seeing Trump as a bear and fear you will get screwed again.

FDC, you still haven't answered the question I posed that I am most interested in. You said you disagreed with most choices for Cabinet positions, yet you didn't answer who your top 3 or 4 (you said there were better choices, for instance with Education). I would love to see who you would have and why they will do better than said appointment as they get placed. Thanks.
I am not prepared to answer that question as it would be no more than speculation as to who my personal choices would be. Off the top of my head, I'd make my mother secretary of education. If not her, maybe Neil DeGrasse Tyson, who knows. Like I said, there's a difference between who I want and who the most qualified and best choice may be.

So of the 1100 jobs trump claimed to have saved 300 were Admin jobs that were never leaving. So he "only" saved 800 jobs. But let's not focus on that right? How do you think those 800 fucking people feel? Yes he exaggerated but he saved 800 not 1100!jobs. And you are whining about it. Amazing

And how do you think all those fucking contractors felt when Trump stiffed them out of millions from the completed work at his various failed projects, then took a tax credit on the losses?

http://new.fortune.com/2016/10/08/donald-trump-taxes-contractors/

A lot has already been written about the fact that Trump's multiple bankruptcies stiffed a long-list of small businesses, from carpet suppliers to chandelier distributors to cabinet-makers for slot machines. What hasn't been reported before is that those unpaid bills were also used to swell Trump's future tax deductions. In other words, Trump not only stiffed many contractors, he also created a tax benefit off the backs of the tradesmen who built his casinos and skyscrapers.

Donald Trump's Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, N.J., nearly flushed Forest Jenkins' company Triad Building Services down the toilet.
In 1988 and 1989, Jenkins, a contractor, spent months installing the stall walls in the bathrooms of the mega-casino. The job was supposed to pay $231,000. The check for the work, though, never showed up, stretching the finances of Jenkins' small construction business. Eventually Jenkins, whose business did manage to survive the episode, was paid $70,000, or 30 cents on the dollar in the restructuring that followed. The episode still upsets Jenkin's daughter, Beth Rosser.
?I grit my teeth every time I see him on television talking about what a wonderful businessman he is,? Rosser said of Donald Trump in a CNN interview in September. ?He stepped on a lot of people.?
But Trump may not have only "stepped on" Jenkins and others. It now appears that Trump may have used those unpaid bills to contractors and other small businesses?their losses?to give his bank account a second lift, using a tax maneuver many are calling essentially a "double dip."

1. Please tell me how many times I have said those words. "FDC, you are wrong and I am right".

2. The people that voted for him spoke. You have this hardon that I speak for people, and I speak for the forum, etc. It's just a general comment Cris. You are impossible.

But at the time you were very quick to say there were better choices. But now you say you are not prepared. Was that comment just because it sounded good at the time to throw a dart at Trump? And then you come up with your Mom first? OK, whatever you say. :0008

Also this comment "Hillary lost because of the smear campaign engineered by the GOP that was funded by misappropriated tax revenues". Also amazing.

Even the liberal pundits have gone into detail about factors involved in her loss. And for fucks sake. Had she never created the illegal server then the FBI wouldn't have had a chance to reopen the investigation. Smear campaign. Ha. Caused by her own poor choices and actions.

She didn't create an illegal server, she had a private server in her home just as Colin Powell, Jeb Bush, Condoleeza Rice had and it wasn't illegal then. That statement is exactly what I'm taking about when it comes to republican rhetoric and tactics as it relates to fact and truth. Both are negligible and secondary to what is useful and what you want to believe.

You do it with everything and all the time. There may be a small percentage of truth in your statements but they're always compromised in one way or another to suit your stance. Second example, every account I've read all stated that Trump's numbers of 1000-1100 jobs that he credited himself with saving on twitter was debunked by the CEO and union president who both claimed that 500, not 300, jobs were never slated to be outsourced, but 300 suits your narrative better so you went with it. I'm not whining about a damn thing. You really are clueless at times saint.

Did you really say that Hillary lost because of her actions and choices when your candidate is clearly lascivious and and criminal in his own right. You completely disregard his own history and behavior while criticizing jets out of the other side of your mouth. Do you have any idea how hypocritical that is? Of course you don't because truth doesn't matter to you, only what's useful.

Yeah a little exaggeration while making a false, braggadocious statement on social media as president- elect never hurt anyone. I'm sure you'd never criticize President Obama for doing that would you saint?

That's what's truly amazing to me, the extreme hypocrisy you so easily adopt.

Was it really the media spreading fear about a market collapse due to Trump Steve? Was it really the media that attributed a small surge in the market to his election? Are you sure it was just the media?

It just seems to me like his detractors feared the worst and his supporters credited him with the best while neither truly applied. "My 401k looks pretty good lately" doesn't really sound the same as "it doesn't matter who's in office, it won't affect the market" to me.

I am an Obama fan and his presidency has been hugely successful in my opinion. So far from Trump, I've see only guffaws, international tension, and a tsunami of deceit and narcissism. I am openly criticizing Trump and rightly so, in my opinion. I don't have the same faith as you do that Trump will do some good things.

I do not recall a time when you bashed Obama for no reason or anything of that nature.

Chris, I am very sure of what I viewed as written on USA Today online. So, yes I am sure it was the media? Who else would it be? I also read a Warren Buffett article who stated that presidents do not effect the stock market. I guess he doesn't know anything either? I find it ridiculous to bash someone's job performance before they have even spent the first day on the job. You do realize this, right Chris?

I'm criticizing his bullshit not his job preformance. He us the one that took to twitter to make a false claim. Nobody made him do it and nobody made him lie about it.
My point was that I don't believe it is irrefutable that his election has any direct effect on the market. That's all.
I can certainly say with confidence that his actions as elect are pretty miserable so far

Trump saves 800 people's jobs and the media bashes him for overstating by 300because those jobs were never in jeapordy. And FDC claims there's no media bias. You can't make this shit up. 800 Americans will keep jobs that would have been lost under Obama. Trump isn't even in office yet and he is making an impact but the haters gotta find something to hate on.

It's okay FDC just admit that no matter how well Trump does you would never be capable of admitting he has done good because of the fact that you are infallible.

Or wait. Is MJs one big conspiracy? Pretty much everyone here agrees you are 100% unable to see the other side of an issue because you are the guy that is never wrong. So all of us are wrong I guess. Full circle.
