You mad bro?

I'm not weak minded enough to claim victory for another person's accomplishment, nor do I lack the intestinal fortitude to understand that I'm not always on the winning side.

Really good to hear from you though. I haven't been on much lately, but it is always good to know that I can always count on you to be an overall hideously shitty person all the time for no reason whatsoever.

didn't protestors spray paint "die whites die" on a monument in NOLA?

I don't remember any protests or riots or violence from "whites" or any other protesters when Obama was elected. twice.

what the fuck is wrong with people.

That video just makes me sick.

Believe what you want. Cheer for who you want. Have your own opinions. Hell, do whatever you want in life. But to harm another person no matter what in my opinion is just awful and makes me sick to my stomach.

I hate negative energy :nooo:

I know all of you have been waiting for my thoughts on this matter so I figure I'd weigh in at this time.

Donald Trump has narcissistic personality disorder. I imagine he will tell his cabinet I want xyz done now find a way to do it. I anticipate the national debt after 4 years (and only 4 years) of his presidency will exceed 30 trillion. That's how he ran his companies and utilized US Bankruptcy protection when things inevitably went south. He does not have the ability to surround himself with competent advisors (ala Reagan) since due to his mental illness he is incapable of hearing their advice. He will surround himself with "yes" men (like Christie and Guiliani). The next four years will most likely be a disaster, especially for the environment.

On the other hand, Hillary Clinton is, was and always will be "Washington Establishment". Had she been elected it would be more of the same ole, same ole. She was beholden to Wall Street, Unions, minorities, and whoever else donated a couple of bucks to the Clinton Foundation. Had she been elected, I submit, it would be a continuance of business and usual and that is not what this country needs.

In 2020, I look for the democrats to lean to the left wing of their party and nominate Elizabeth Warren. As another possibility, the newly elected senator from California, Kamala Harris may follow in Obama's footsteps and take her shot. She is a black female well respected in this state.

I will be shocked if Trump gets a second term. But then again I thought he had no chance of winning and further predicted that Obama would be assinnated before he left office so I was wrong on both counts.

Our grandchildren are going to curse all of you who supported Trump as they will have no water to drink nor air to breathe if he does what he says he's going to do regarding the environment. I wish I believed in god so I could say "God help us".

Respectfully submitted,
Eddie

It's a Trump voter ..what wd you expect 100,000 vote dif in Blue wall states. Flip those 100,000 votes and Hillary is President even with the minimal turnout. Trump won Wisconsin with way fewer votes that Romney got. Minoritys did not turn out.
Hope he has a solid replacement for Obama Care if they go after it. Duckie is totally unqualified for the job clueless !!! snake oil salesman... ya don't pick a proctologist ta do brain surgery. He has Zero ... one more time Zero governing experience .. Was watching interviews from Jerusalem yesterday and all cept 1 person were in shock. Just hope he doesn't commit a world changing blunder as massive as Mr Bush. Ya elect clueless ya get clueless..

A very weird statement to toast, but I don't think there's a single thing in here I disagree with.

Day to day lives won't change much for most people, but at a time where the environment is in desperate need of help the absolute best we can hope for is that it won't get worse. And even that is wishful thinking.

Well said sir!

I dont know one person who lumps all dems in with these protesters. Not one.

Meanwhile, trump voters are all dumb racists. Ask FDC and whathisnuts.

I wish i had voted trump instead of johnson.
Jack,
Slow your roll a bit brother. I never called you or anyone in this thread a racist. I noted how excited one person was that all this "political correctness" would go away now that Trump got elected.
I don't care for Trump or his tactics employed throughout this campaign or his life. He's a buffoon and a womanizer. He lashed out at every race and culture that and pandered to the lowest common denominator and largest subset of our society, uneducated whites. He also carried the majority of "educated" whites, yet barely registered with any minority group whatsoever. Oddly enough they didn't break down any other race into educated and uneducated, but you didn't bat an eye nor did anyone else. Maybe that doesn't register with you and others as being divisive, it did with me. There are protestors in every city, so fucking what. That's their right. You honestly think there aren't any Trump supporters out and about hazing muslims, blacks, latinos, or LGBT?

I've made all of two comments, now three, in this fucking thread and not one directed at you. Did you just decide to throw my name at the wall and see if it stuck? I don't have to like Trump or republicans nor do I have to hug it up and knock cockheads with them because Hillary lost the election.
And you can stop with the hypocrite shit as it relates to me as well. There are plenty of republicans on here that were exceptionally critical of Obama and used language and memes directed at his family, race, religion, and every thing else and now that their guy is elected, everyone is supposed to forgive and forget, just like they did? Is that about right?

By the way, black people were protesting before the election. I think a lot of it has to do with their sons, fathers, mothers, daughters, cousins and uncles being gunned down by white police and never being prosecuted. As a matter of fact, black people have been protesting for close to 50 years and they still haven't been heard. I'm sure they're top concern is traffic jams.

That was a bullshit thing to do Jack. I still love you bro, but that was some straight up bullshit. I have detractors on this site and those I don't agree with politically. There are also some tried and true racist fucks on this site. So when someone's initial reaction to a president elect that ridiculed the handicapped, fat people, women and made disparaging remarks and remarkably racist comments about latinos, promoted bullying and violence throughout his campaign, bragged about sexually assaulting women, is an adulterer, is going to court to defend against fraud for a fake university, or embezzled money from a fake veterans charity, doesn't contribute a single cent to taxes, lies about muslims cheering on 9/11, attacks an entire religion and wants to deport muslims, all that and plenty more and his first written reaction is to say, hooray maybe all this political correctness will go away now, you honestly think he meant he is confused on whether to use the term Asian or Oriental? Gimme a fucking break. Read the guys past posts and tell me again how I inferred that all Trump supporters are racists.
Really disappointed you made that statement about myself or Gary.

Take care man. Sorry you're pissed.

Hope this helps,
FDC

You don't remember any protestors when Obama got elected huh? Interesting.

Yep, called him a bigot straight away, and I couldn't pick either one of you out of a line up. I have read his past posts though and it isn't the first time he's displayed his disdain for certain groups, so when his first reaction is woohoo all this political correctness will go away now, I didn't assume he was taking about whether or not he can say bless you to someone sneezing on the train. Much like I didn't address you at all, ever, and yet you couldn't resist taking an unsolicited jab at me. What's even funnier is when you foolishly tried to excuse it by acting as if you were rushing to the defense of someone. That's awesome. Ridiculous and transparent, but funny nonetheless.

Hope this helps,
FDC

Trump has to disown the KKK if they march in some kind of "Victory Parade."

Obama has to stop these college kids.

It's a mess mostly because of the hate and fear from the Hillary camp.

This is a time for someone like Warren, who threw a lot of hate and fear at these kids to step up and try to calm them down.

Congrats to those that supported him. Please make sure to follow him on twitter and look for him in his upcoming court case for fraud at Trump university in 20 days. Then look for his upcoming special in December when he goes to court for sexual assault.

I'm happy for those that wanted him and commiserate with those that didn't.

Yes dead money, maybe political correctness will go away and you can go back to being rude and make hurtful statements towards others and finally feel good about calling a spade a spade again.

Dude, again, you are always in your mind right on everything. I actually read some of the 5 paragraph diatribes you post with YOUR opinions and you really never seem to be happy about anything, unless of course it agrees with you. Including the other list of negatives on page six in this thread about our newly elected President. Yet you supported someone that lost with as much negative and criminal behavior attached to her name as well. Do you just sweep that bullshit to the back of your brain and forget about it? Politics sucks, in my opinion, which is why I stay out of the political thread, and have read this thread because it is in General. No matter the thread, however, you just always are better than the rest of us, and it gets soooooooo fucking old. News flash, your opinion is NOT always correct, you need to just deal with it. This may seem broad brush to you, but I am not alone I don't think when your crap is read.

Love everything you write about dogs though. :toast:

The fact that they are holding up black power signs should tell you that it's not really about the election results. This was simply a catalyst for the anger and outrage that has been part of the BLM movement for the last year.

But also, you didn't see protests in '08 and '12 because those were not close elections. Obama won by 10 million votes (and 365-173 in the EC) in 2008 and by 5 million votes (332-206) in 2012. Surely you can see how a result of 279-228 (as of now) with the losing candidate getting 250k more votes overall than the winner produces a slightly more contentious atmosphere, no?

Protesting now is stupid and pointless. Say what you will about Republicans - but they know how to mobilize for political purpose. Their anger at Obama led to the Tea Party movement. Democrats anger at the GOP taking back Congress led them (in the words of Doug Stanhope) to go stink up some parks for a couple months. Similarly, all this nonsense now is not for a purpose - just "I'm mad, and I wanna go f*** sh** up"

I do, however, enjoy the irony that while Trump supporters really bristled at being lumped together as racist and misogynistic "deplorables" they are all too happy to lump all Democrats in with these protestors.

In many ways, I feel like this election was the greatest Republican rope-a-dope of all time. The general tone leading up to the election, from both sides, was "yeah, I'm not excited about either candidate. Maybe I'll just stay home." And then on Election Day Republicans said "Just kidding! We all still voted and we all voted for Trump." Overall turnout was up 5% but at an all-time low among Democrats in swing states. That was the election right there. Republicans closed ranks behind Trump and Democrats closed ranks behind apathy.

Good post, as were all your posts in this thread. Spot on, and mostly factual stuff, which is a breath of fresh air.

Too bad we can not find out the percentage of the animals(... oops I meant) misguided youths protesting that did not get to the voting booths. If they had voted perhaps the results might have been different.
We know the activist Colin Kapernick decided not to vote in order to show his protest.
Maybe he did not like Hillary calling black teens "super predators ".
