Passing over the Ireland-Argentina game. However, I would lean towards Ireland. 3-0 yesterday....will post some thoughts later tonight, after I recovered from my hangover!!

Very rare that I would bet against a English cover, but fancy Samoa to keep it respectable today.

I didnt like Ireland or I would have made it a play, but with a gun against my head I would have taken the Irish to cover. However, it was a great game. Well done Hoss!!

16-13 Halftime to Samoa.......amazing half of rugby. England are being beaten in every facet of the game!! Had it not been for some silly penalties Samoa would be ahead even further.

I expect England to win, but who cannot be thrilled by this?? :shrug: (especially if you are Welsh )

2pts USA (-7.5) 9/10 Superodds v Japan - posting now to get price - think most Aussie books have it at this UK price is generally 9 or 10.
I'm still of the view that Japan have only impressed the watching public because they had such a low opinion of them in the first place. I still have them on the same rating as I did at the start of the tournament. I've knocked USA down a bit ( due to getting a fair beating by a poor Scotland side), but reckon USA should be 10+ pts favourite. Japan were flattered by the underperformance of Scotland and France, and don't forget that they lost by 42 to the USA in May.

Early post for Tuesdays game as I won't be able to get to a PC between now + then

3pts Uruguay (+10) 10/11 v Georgia Skybet

Again, probably going against the crowd here - everyone has taken Georgia to their hearts, but they haven't actually done anything creative yet! Sure they're tough + brave, and their defence has been strong, but what'll happen when they have to start throwing the ball around. I can't get out of my head how BAD South Africa were against them...+ I think this game has got into the 'cappers thinking too much. The Georgian kicker ( no spelling!) has looked excellent + there will probably be plenty of penalties for him to benefit from. However, Uruguay have had almost 2 weeks rest - Georgia gave everything 3 days ago - I'm sure they meant to take it a bit easy against S.A, but the Boks were so crap, they had no choice but to give them a game.

Americans would much rather have 25 channels of infomercials at least than a live sporting event representing the USA. Although, to be honest if i had no money on this i could care less, but....... can follow it on the tracker as i do other things.....GOOD luck to us
