600,000 no big deal? Nice, reminds me of Stalin's quote, "One death is a tragedy, a million deaths are a statistic.' Nice job asshole.

More people died of cancer in the US in 2020 than coronavirus. Didn't see all this commotion about that. Why not?

If you think we are going to prevent people from getting sick or dying you are an idiot.

I guess some of us are just on the side that doesn't think the government is out to kill us.

I don't think they government is out to kill us either. They are out to control us though. Wake up. We are too stupid to make decisions for ourselves.

I didn?t realize we had so many medical scholars in this forum. Truly enlightening.

I?m ok with anybody?s decision not to vaccinate their children. I?m not vaccinating mine at this time with the current information available.

I was scared of the vaccine. I really was. I did get it Bc I thought it was the right thing to do since my parents are elderly and mainly Bc I was working with sick patients all the time. I thought it was responsible and prudent. My wife on the other hand said fck no she wasn?t having any poison injected into her.

Personally, my autoimmune response to the vaccine has improved with the biweekly shot I have to get. I have noticed lots of commercials now for the drug I receive and for other drugs that end in the letters ?mab?. I surmise many vaccinated people are having these autoimmune type responses. It?s really scary for me having this problem Bc autoimmune shit is real and scary af!

Google Stevens-Johnson syndrome...

I?m still an advocate of wearing masks in the future during flu season. Let?s protect the elderly and greatly reduce the spread of flu. We know how now. Let?s do it.

It's amazing to me how masks completely eliminated the flu but had zero effect on the coronavirus.

you do realize that you accept Gov. Control when you choose to be part of a regulated community.

Since the masses will not control themselves then there must be an overseer.

Now if we want to go back to the days of yore one must accept that their welfare is completely in the hands of the community..

Know why we don't do that...because people will not do what is right for the collective whole.

Thus Big Brother has to guide the ignorant and the unwilling.

Can't have it both ways..People Die!

Isn?t it great we know how to eliminate the flu? This is earth shattering information that Americans as a whole are too selfish to comprehend.

PS masks had way more than zero effect on the coronavirus. I never got it and was around hundreds of patients who had active cases.

I apologize for my Canadian x43: brother Kyle, he was only off by a little over 3 million. :s2:

Stats as of 11:59pm EST March 17th from World Health Organization

Just some stats to put things in perspective.........

184,976 confirmed cases

159 countries, areas or territories with cases

7,529 deaths

Current Population of Planet Earth = 7.77 Billion

And let's say things get really bad, like a 20 times worse, ok screw it like 50 times worse. That would mean about 376,000 dead. Which would still be a minuscule number of deaths worldwide. Yes 376,000 dead is a big number, but when you compare it with a population of 7.77 billion, the number is tiny. Even if things got 100x worse then they are now, guess what, that number would still be low.

Again, currently 7,529 deaths worldwide, it would sure suck if you were one of them, but on a World Population scale that number is nothing.

Note: Almost all that have died were already unhealthy, and most were elderly.

Yeah, let's not bring common sense into the equation. Masks mandated for nearly a year and the daily virus numbers just kept getting worse. Flu, on the other hand, disappeared. Yeah I believe that.:mj10:

Yeah I never wore a mask and didn't get it either. Even with my wife having it in the same bed.

I must have just been "lucky". And all the other millions of people with masks on that got it must have been "unlucky". Although, if it was flu, masks magically prevented it.

You guys are brilliant.

You might be misinformed about the purpose of masks as it pertains to the spread of viruses. To the best of my knowledge, it is to prevent the spread of the virus from infected individuals more than to prevent persons like yourself to get infected. I wear it in public places out of respect for others. Obviously, I am not infected and hence not a carrier (spreader).

You still wear masks in public? Why don?t those others that you speak of get vaccinated, or hole themselves up if they happen to be afraid or compromised?

No. No more masks. I was referring to the time when grocery stores or restaurants requested their patrons to wear them. My unvaccinated kids don?t wear them now either.
