To the best of my knowledge, it is to prevent the spread of the virus from infected individuals more than to prevent persons like yourself to get infected. I wear it in public places out of respect for others. Obviously, I am not infected and hence not a carrier (spreader).

I'm not misinformed. 6-5 said that masks have prevented him from getting infected while wearing it around people that are already infected. My response was that I haven't worn a mask while around people that were infected and had the same result.

Not one individual on this site has "done their own research" regarding the vaccine.

I would hazard to guess that 90% of you can't even identify how a vaccine even works, how it's developed, and what the pathogenic properties actually are but we're all experts online i suppose.
