7.1 miles on the bike and some weight work 50 mins total. Going to vary my routine a little so I don't plateau.

Clothes are really starting to get loose, I'm sleeping better and just have more energy.

i don't know what yesterday's weigh-in was all about but it's back to where i was saturday morning. whew. i almost said "fuck it" and get me a pizza and 12-pack. water retention from drinking saturday night :shrug:

anyway, hope to be 220 when i leave on thursday morning for 4 days of serious cheating :D

then a week to get back to 220 and off to the home stretch goal of 210.

Had a cold since Saturday. Start back tomorrow. Saturday I could feel my legs needed a rest after 13 out of 14 days of 3.5 miles a day... Knee pain and shin splint... 3 days off to avoid complications...

Glad to see you guys still on track! :toast:

A little disappointed that I didn't lose more but they say the healthy way to do it is 2-3 lbs at a time. Also I have to believe that I put on a lb or so of muscle.

I've been working out for about 10 days now so it's time to give myself a days rest. One day off and back at it tomorrow. Should be able to get in a good solid workout in the AM.

just about halfway there in only 24 days with 4 cheat days in there. i doubt it takes me 66 days to lose that 10.5. see what happens.

once i hit that goal i'll probably adjust it a little bit lower.
