keep it guys!

for you runners and walkers try this site. www.mapmyrun.com

You can keep training logs a nd log runs a and workouts. im up to 68 miles this month hoping to do a half marathon in the summer.

Running will do wonders for losing weight, I have lost close to 25 pounds by running and keeping my calories in check. The amount I run now, mt maintenance calories are around 2800 a day! I really dont have to watch to much when im running 5 plus miles 5 times a week.

Good job guys

good work, guys. i am definitely the tortoise in this race :)

right now 20 minutes at 3.5mph is plenty of excercise for me.

pants are much looser than they were 20 days ago. still not going to try on the 36" pants yet, i don't want to be discouraged.

I was very close to a 36 but the holidays did me in....especially the breads, pies and holiday cookies. I've been told exercise may prevent you from having heart problems, but if you want to lose weight paying attention to what you eat is really, really important....plus cardio, plus building muscle.

well, you made me wonder so much i tried them on. i am IN but i prefer them a little looser so i guess i'll be there comfortably at about 215 which should happen in about 3 more weeks ;)

then the goal is to stay there.
