pants are much looser than they were 20 days ago. still not going to try on the 36" pants yet, i don't want to be discouraged

I was very close to a 36 but the holidays did me in....especially the breads, pies and holiday cookies. I've been told exercise may prevent you from having heart problems, but if you want to lose weight paying attention to what you eat is really, really important....plus cardio, plus building muscle.
