I see people buying this all the time must taste good too.
i think because it's cheap. i never tried it but am on it now.

it was the top selling beer at my old regular liquor store in western maryland and it was cheap there.

Milwaukee's Best was called the Beast in college because you could get a 6er for 3 bucks... :mj07:

I'm going to hit the gym to keep my streak going... 500 calories on 3 mile run = 5 more beers :toast:

well you're doing great so far... if you eat well all week, you deserve a cheat day. :00hour It's good to *not* starve yourself at least one day a week.

I'll be burning a few calories as i cheer for both games to stay UNDER tomorrow... maybe i'll do 20 push-ups for every Ray Lewis tackle, and 50 sit ups for every Ed Reed PICK.. I'll even add two minutes of jump rope for every timeout due to injury. :142smilie

just sprung for an expensive ab exerciser...i noticed that crunches and sit-ups were making my abs protrude instead of tightening them....maybe cause i`m getting older...

bought an "ab-coaster".......and i gotta say,it`s some serious shit....doesn`t put strain on your back(even though that even feels tighter and stronger) and tightens your core like a m.f.`er....abs and obliques...

downside...it is expensive($399) for one body part...but,who wants a f-cked up,flabby waist line?....

believe me...it works..
