Bill Romanowski is making me a protein shake as well speak...

Notice the avatar. Anways, if Bill is making you a shake lookout. I would assume that isn't protein he is using. His vitamins are a little different than what you would find in Centrum. I wouldn't drink it because you might gain weight and your head might get a little bigger, and perhaps a break out of pimples, and possibly mood swings.

I was drinking a 3 liter of coke a day so had to cut it out. Caffeine is fine but I crave coca-cola....

Miles went by easier today, although it could be because the hottest 22 year old was in front of me really pushing it on the elliptical, and I was in perfect rhythm with her bootie!

Treadmill : 3.0 miles
Time: 31:45 + couple more laps for the show!

should i increase my time on the treadmill or the speed? what i have been doing has become too easy.

speed till u get to a least 3.6 ur pretty much crawling now lower the incline if u have too

No Beer since monday. Don't think I'll have a cheat day this weekend. I have 3 or 4 coming up in the next month.
