Above the Clouds....
just sprung for an expensive ab exerciser...i noticed that crunches and sit-ups were making my abs protrude instead of tightening them....maybe cause i`m getting older...

bought an "ab-coaster".......and i gotta say,it`s some serious shit....doesn`t put strain on your back(even though that even feels tighter and stronger) and tightens your core like a m.f.`er....abs and obliques...

downside...it is expensive($399) for one body part...but,who wants a f-cked up,flabby waist line?....

believe me...it works..

I've got the "Body by Jake" ab and back plus and a tubular ab worker that you use on the floor. I alternate 50 reps between the two. Once I work past the initial few days of soreness I can bump my total reps way up. I can feel the difference just in a few days.

heres the ab coaster...was easy to assemble....it`s a nice ab work-out if you have back issues...it`s got two handles on the sides to add plates for resistance..

i looked it up when you posted it the first time. if i bought the damn thing it would be in the basement in no time. same thing happened with the abs lounge i bought.

i'll never be into excecising, way too lazy, but i will keep my weight in a reasonable area by doing it the lazy man's way. hell, i'm proud that i have walking a mile everyday :D

woodley and morris are trying out for the olympics it seems :00hour

74 more days or 13 pounds, whatever comes first.

with my calorie intake i should lose 2 pounds a week give or take and it seems to be right on target, maybe a little ahead because by Friday i'll definitely be 222 or 221 and maybe 220 :D

maybe that little walks helps  because my pants are looser for this weight than they usually are

if i worked out like woodley or morris god knows what would be going on but no need to kill myself :mj07:

man, the mancinos pizza sure has been on my mind the last few days and that little guy on my right shoulder keeps pushing me to get it too. :nono:

Keep up the good work Jack

Day 8
Starting weight 222
Currently 215

I just weigh in once a week and today was the 1st time. Most was probably water weight but I'm sure the exercise helps.

Breakfast...Protein shake
Lunch...yougurt
and dinner ...chicken and salad.

4 miles on the bike for the rest of the week. Crunches and lite weight work. Tomorrow I going to hit the weights hard and get a good solid workout.

Keep up the good work guys!! No beer for a week now!

Day 16

Treadmill 3 miles
Time 30 minutes walked another half mile for 3.5
MPH 6.0

10 minute miles... Increase by 4 minutes in the last month. I'm thinking 4 miles in 40 Saturday. Not going to push it when current plan is working.

Weigh in: 221 Think the diet is helping

no soda, healthy choice steamers, yogurt, and vegetables as snacks instead of chips and junk food. A lot of chicken, rice, and tuna.

not giving up the icecream bars... not a chance in hell... Although Katie started buying Slim Bears which are 100 calories... kurby
