What makes him think that he's above the rules?

Okay jaek, would you be okay with going to jail for conspiracy to commit based on the evidence presented in his case. Let's just say that was what we're talking about, you being on trial ands that's the entire basis of their evidence. Some texts in which you're never named, and you get convicted, even after the supreme court says there's no evidence to convict, they still do. Not only that, Aaron Rodgers confesses to it, yet you still go to jail

This right here is what gets people in trouble. YOU have a problem with the ego - manic cop! Ok so now ego maniac cop has problem with tough guy who doesn't want to comply! Ticking bomb here. Why you have to be so tough? Who gives a rats ass if you have to take your ID out of your pocket and show it? Really? I know for fact you would have a totally different opinion on this matter if you put on the uniform every morning. Tough guy you are. Go on and spew your shit to defend your point, like arguing with the fcking wall.

Nobody went to jail, AR didn't get caught maybe because he didn't reduce the air below regulation.

I know for a fact I wouldn't knowingly violate someone's rights if I put on the uniform. I wouldn't knowingly break the law and think O I was above it.

You most certainly don't know me at all. I'm kind, considerate, say yes sir no sir, say may I please order the when ordering food, thank every server or store attendant every time they fill my fucking water glass so you don't know shit for a fact. What I'll tell you is if I put on the uniform I'd perform my duties to the best of my abilities, just like I do with everything else I do. Now you know something about me.

If I put on the uniform my dying ass, I've worn a uniform before chief, and been shot because of it, so don't tell me what the fuck I'd do.

The difference between you and I, you think I'm defending a point. In defending constitutional rights, you're defending your willingness to refuse them for others.

AR admitted to doing it all the time.
.
That's not my point jaek. The question was pretty self explanatory. Was the evidence presented enough to convict, specifically, if it was you on trial to lose 25% of your income and that's what was presented would you feel that it would have been enough to prove your guilt and you'd readily serve your sentence.

You and I both know you wouldn't think so, but you want him to be guilty because you don't care for the guy so you compromise your ideals a bit because you figure it isn't really hurting the guy, he's loaded, right? Come on man, I'm not saying it makes you a bad guy or anything of the sort but don't try to convince me that you believe he was fairly and equally dealt with because it's simply untrue.

And no, it's like arguing with the Constitution.

You may have watched the second video and failed to notice that there are several extremely noteworthy pieces of evidence. While the names of the involved officers have been released, we will avoid using their names for a short time out of respect for them.

One of the first items of note in the video is that Alton Sterling?s left hand was clearly restrained and under the control of Officer One. However, Sterling?s right hand is clearly not under control of the officers. In fact, Officer Two?s position would have made it all but impossible for him to effectively control Sterling?s hand. You can see moments where Sterling is moving his elbow, making a pulling motion. Officer Two can be seen fighting Sterling for control of his hand. Then, just before the shots were fired, you can see Officer Two?s hand is empty and clearly not holding Sterling?s hand.

Second Alton Sterling can freely move his right elbow
Alton Sterling can freely move his right elbow

Officer Two fights Alton Sterling for control of his hand
Officer Two fights Alton Sterling for control of his hand

Officer Two's hand lost hold of Alton Sterling's hand moments before shooting
Officer Two?s hand lost hold of Alton Sterling?s hand moments before shooting

Officer Two?s hand then follows Sterling?s hand towards his right pocket, and that?s when you hear shots being fired. Later in the video you can see Officer One remove a gun from Sterling?s right pocket. The only logical conclusion is that Sterling was reaching for his gun. If somebody has two police officers pointing guns at them, while telling them not to move after discovering their gun, and the person then reaches towards their gun, then it?s really obvious that they are trying to get to their gun. We have clear evidence here that Sterling was going for a gun at the time he was shot.

You may have also noticed in this video that the first shots didn?t appear to be fired by Officer One, as many had assumed. You can see Officer One?s pistol when the first shots are heard, and there is no visible muzzle flash. This means that the first shots fired likely came from either Officer Two?s gun, or Sterling?s gun.

We still don?t have many details on this case, but every day the new details all seem to support the case that Sterling was justifiably shot as a result of his decision to reach for his gun. We?ll keep you updated as more details come in.

So you've identified the problem, what's the answer to race relations so everyone can move forward......:0corn
The answer in unaltered equality. For instance in skulls post above the author says the names of the officers was released but we'll withhold them out of respect for the officers, yet a dead father of 5's criminal and juvenile record was released by the police less than an hour after two officers shot him at point blank range six times. Did they do that out of respect for the victims family ya think?

.... then go through the proper channels to complain.

Yeah, try that sometime...white guys sticking pins in a voodoo doll of the officer will probably hurt his person and career more than your complaints "through the proper channels"....Black guy's complaints "through the proper channels" to white police force, white prosecutor, white judges -- :mj07:

Than you're complicit, don't you get that? Why is this so hard to understand. It's the officers DUTY to know and PROTECT THE CITIZENS RIGHTS, NOT VIOLATE THEM KNOWINGLY. I shouldn't have to inform him, I shouldn't have to be violated in any way. What if your a woman and he says show me your i.d. and blow me. You think it doesn't happen?

Look, when you willingly surrender your rights, soon enough they will be taken and no longer a right. As witnessed by the law Texas recently had declared unconstitutional by the supreme court that allowed for illegal detention and searches.

Like I said before, AUTHORITY PERVERTS ALL WHO POSSESS IT, it's just a matter of time. If nobody stands up for their rights, they'll lose them. That's an absolute certainty.

Man, you have such passion about your way of thinking, I think you should just run for politics. That way, you can have your stump with those that want to hear what you have to say, and those that don't do not have to have you ramming it down their throat, like you do here. Like I said, I do not get involved in politics forum, and it is pretty easy to see why and also glad I don't. If you think your thinking is the only way, then politics should be your calling. You get so pissed when people don't think like you or act as you would. I am with Terry and Jack, I show my ID knowing I have nothing to hide, and move on.

Please don't mistake point for pissed. I don't get mad much at all honestly, but I will toe in CAPS at a mf'er. Lol. I'm just saying if the population willingly forego their rights, it's just a matter of time until it isn't one anymore

Maybe there's a reason Sterling's girl friend was so calm after the shooting.....And yes I know, getting high is no reason to get shot..... though it can alter ones ability to following commands correctly.....:0008
