I think he looked fairly similar to his recent self at this weigh in. (Check google) But he shaved his body hair which makes him look different and Cloud may be the most ripped lightheavy I've seen in quite sometime.

Cloud is so ripped and compact, he looks like a welterweight. Big question is what does Johnson have left. Looked logy against Dawson II but consummate against Yusaf "got" Smacked.

Cloud has mettle and strength but Johnson likes forward type guys. It's just that Cloud is a strong assed mofo.

Johnson is consummate pro, will look to capitalize on every mistake Cloud gives. And he will be open. I think the Woods that Cloud beat was diminished from the one Johnson saw thrice and Woods had some moments against Cloud.

It's interesting as Johnson has been in with top guys for years while Cloud is new to this level. He beat up badly faded punching bag Julio then went right to Woods, which was grueling - his only one to date.

I could see it go either way. Cloud may be just too young and physical or Johnson will bag the young buck and take him to school. Compelling stuff.

A compelling fight indeed. If Johnson is just a few yrs younger then NO way do I place this wager. My concern about Cloud is his lack of late rd fights. Early kos look impressive but a good fighter needs to be able to fight strong over the course. We're not sure Cloud can do that. Aside from his last 2, the longest he went was 5. Gonzo offered little resistance and Woods was in his last fight. I do think Woods was very up for the fight and was willing to go through hell to win. If Cloud had a couple more late rd fights then Id bet huge on this. As is, I'm speculating that Johnson isn't the same fighter that nearly beat Dawson 2 yrs ago and that Cloud will simply be too young and physical. We'll find out in a few hours. Should be a hell of a fight!

Cloud proved a lot to me beating down Gonzalez (first person to ever stop him) and Woods.

This is another step up, and he think he passes it.

Anybody know if Spinks/Bund will be available online?

BTW, Alexander now -1800:scared against a guy that "beat" Maidana. I was actually thinking about the under +250 on this. Alexander has been showing pretty good pop as of late and he's only 23. Implies he didn't exactly have his man strength in earlier fights and he's still not fully matured. I know Kot did well v Maidana but Alexander is a MUCH better technical fighter. If Kot gets hit by one of those wicked uppcts, he won't go 12.

It is a good price. Kotelnik has a very good chin and Alexander's might have developed a little more power, but he isn't at the level of Maidana. The speed factor of Alexander should be too much for Kotelnik, so a later KO isn't impossible. I see this fight as a repeat of the Amir Khan fight with Alexander winning by UD 118-110.

Good Luck!

Bundrage is beating the crap out of Spinks in the second round. Rights hands like crazy. Spinks makes it thru the round -- barely.

Bundrage just knocked Spinks out in the 5th round after a savage flurry on the ropes; the kill shot was a big overhand right.
